location is great. value for money.

the floors were very dirty on arrival and naturally got dirtier over our stay with sand and dirt. There was a broom but no dust pan to pick it up. Luckily my child is walking now, but if he was crawling he would have been filthy. I would like to stay again, but I would bring my own mop and bucket to clean it on arrival and over our stay.

This an old cottage not a 5 star hotel., it was cheap and clean, everything worked, beds were clean and comfortable, TV and heater worked fine. Good value for money and right in the centre of town.

Topspot Cottages is a great choice for accommodation in Jurien Bay. The cottages themselves are comfortable and have everything you need, and they're just a short walk from the beach and Jurien Bay's shops and restaurants. Recommended!

I like the simplicity of the place , I would suggest a aircon for each room but overall pleasant

Great location, simple and functional beachside accommodation. Easy to find, plenty of parking and great backyard for our 6 year old and 2 dogs to stretch their legs after driving from Carnarvon. We do a roadtrip from Broome every year and we'd definitely stay again to break up our trip.

6 year old wanted to sleep in the top bunk but there was no safety rail or ladder so he was a bit disappointed. My partner and I had no complaints though.

The host responded in a timely manner, the location is excellent, and the price is cheap

There are a lot of bugs at night, the whole room is relatively old and needs maintenance, and the air conditioner is hard to cool

Handy cottage to spend a couple of days in Jurien Bay area. Well located close to the main Jetty area and an easy short drive to most attractions around the town.

the place was so dirty, some photos attached as proof. didn’t even stay here ended up booking a hotel elsewhere, never got my money back. contacted management and owner, both saying “but we have good reviews”. as I posted a review on Facebook then they blocked me so it was deleted, I can see why their reviews are only “good ones”. definitely dont recommend to anyone.

The property had all we required for our stay and was very comfortable, included a gas BBQ and plenty of room to park the car, it was a 5 minute walk to the beach and bar
