Love the location, right on the beach. Great sunrise across the ocean. We had everything we needed in the unit for our family (4 adults, 2 little children). Kendra (the property manager) is very responsive. Since we were there Dec/Jan, would have loved it if porch were enclosed, but we just bundled up when we wanted to sit outside.

We had a lovely stay in this unit. My family has been vacationing in PVB for many years. The Breakers condominiums are our favorite place to stay. The location is close to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, etc., but quiet and the beach is never crowded, even in the high season. This unit, “Osprey,” is nice and has everything we needed. It was immaculately clean and the layout worked great for our family. The owners have beach towels and chairs and umbrellas for guest use. I would stay here again and recommend this unit to anyone.

The Osprey is a perfect gem of a place at the beach. Is it a perfect condo, no. Is it the perfect beach house, yes! Spacious enough for 8 to spend a week together comfortably. The amenities were plenty for our needs. The location is perfect, off the beaten path but still close to the city. Although the beach is public, it felt like it was ours...

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this condo!! The access to the beach is incredible - only steps away!! The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, & kitchen was stocked! We will return to this paradise shortly!!

Overall, this is a great place and met our expectations. The condo is very large, the location is top notch, it was well stocked with all the amenities we required, and was very clean. The view and balcony are great. The only negative comment would be that the living room furniture is very old and not that comfortable. Also, not that it could be helped, but they were rebuilding the dunes while we were there so we were unable to access the beach from the unit. There was loud construction occurring right outside of the condo the entire trip and they had mounds of sand piled up in the parking lot, which made it tough to enter the parking lot and find a space to park.

The condo was perfect for our family get away. Each group had their own room & bathroom with plenty of common space to spread out. Direct access to a far less crowded portion of the beach was wonderful.

Perfect. I don't say that lightly because I have stayed on the beach before and it has been almost. Like almost nice, almost clean, almost perfect. But this was completely perfect. Pictures do not do this place justice but if you are going by the pictures, what you see is what you get. The rooms are large, The kitchen is larger. We had brought things we knew we needed to cook with (disposable pans 9x13) paper plates, cups and bowls and our own coffee maker so I cannot speak to kitchen being fully stocked. The washer and dryer are full size and look new. The air conditioner is cold and works great. All that is great - however, the view is magnificent. The beach is quiet. Kendra was responsive and helpful. We did not leave the beach house so I cannot speak to things to do around the area, but we did not need to leave - it was paradise where we were.

This beautiful condo has large rooms, private baths for each bedroom and comfortable beds. We had an issue with the thermostat on a Sat evening and Kendra immediately sent someone to fix. We are recommending this property to other friends.

Great, large, updated condo in the Breakers. Very nice. The only possible things that could be improved are cookware, dishes. Having said that, this is one of the nicest kitchens of any condo in Breakers. We had great weather, great week at the beach. One complaint, that has nothing to do with this condo, is the constant truck traffic on the beach while the dunes were being replaced for all of PVB. I can not imagine the thinking of the powers that be, to do that during the beginning of the summer season. Should have been done in off season. Wonder if it interfered with sea turtle breeding?

My group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice a sits right on the ocean. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and the sunrise while staying there. Not to mention, with me being from Tennessee, we don't have the great seafood that they have in Ponte Verda and Jacksonville which is not far at all. I cannot say anything negative regarding the condo and the efforts of the rental agent. I would strongly recommend this unit for anyone who want a nice condo, sitting right on the ocean!

Beautiful and very spacious! Plenty of room to spread out. Great view from the big patio too. We saw ospreys, dolphins, pelicans, crabs, and lots of shells on the beach. Great restaurants in the area and grocery store just up the road.

We had an amazing time staying in this condo. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for a week stay at the beach. The beach views are incredible and you can watch the sunrise every morning. We loved being able to walk right outside the back door and be on the beach - that was a huge plus for us. The condo is on a pretty private stretch of beach, so it never felt crowded while we were on the beach. Highly, highly recommend! We will 100% stay here again!

What a perfect location! Just steps from the beach! The condo was spacious, clean and had everything we could’ve asked for. In addition, the property manager was very accommodating and easy to work with! Highly recommend for a stay in the area.

It was all great except it would have been nice if a few more amenities were provided (given the rental rate). We were told there would be minimum supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, teeny bars of soap) and that was certainly the case. Otherwise, quite happy with the experience.

We really enjoyed ourselves. Right on the beach and the secret beach access from the lanai really makes this condo a winner. The condo was large and provided lots of room for the family. The four stars are due to the condo furniture being dated. But overall nice place.

Our family - my husband & I and our 5 adult kids - had an amazing long weekend! We had more than enough room in the kitchen, bedrooms and living space, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen & linens & patio space. We had easy access to the beach which was a blast!! Can’t wait to go back!!!
