Room was nice. Staff was pleasant
Rooftop bar was closed - which was the reason I chose this hotel. Breakfast- Eggs, French toast, and sausage were all cold. Hot water in the shower took so long to get warm I thought it was broken and was about to get out of the shower. Probably 3-5 minutes.

The property is advertised is room with kitchen . However in confirmation Booking.com didn't mention the same neither I noticed till front desk pointed it out to me.
Solace was I got microwave in Room 234.
However in next leg of my booking I'm assigned Room 204 and it does not have even a microwave.
More Clarity on what guests are going to get during the process of booking will help and is expected.

The breakfast was great. I think the hours should be extended an hour or so. We were there for our daughter's "Move-In" for the ASU dorm. The location was PERFECT. walking distance to pretty much everything.
Had to call for extra towels several times before it was delivered.

You need to offer more basic TV channels than what you do charging $19 for a movie that’s been out for a month or two is outrageous. You should have a new movies for 695 instead of 1995 that’s a Jip and all those movies that were on the pay-per-view been out for like three weeks or so so I think you slide on that

Nice, clean place. Friendly staff. Good location, pretty good breakfast, nice roof top pool with a view. Really good price for what you get.
The rooftop bar & restaurant was closed and no restaurant on the premesis.

The rooms were grand! also saw someone cleaning somewhere. and the roof deck with pool and bar was amazing!!! the breakfast changed from day to day and sooo yummy! lots of good choices!
There was some construction going on next door and it a a bit close to Phoenix air port lots of plans Landing and taking off but not to annoying.

A safe in the room would have saved me lugging my computer around. A make up/shaving mirror that lights up would have been so helpful.

very spacious and good distance to everything
when we turned the heater on it smelled like something was burning and our sink leaked out water in the middle of the night.

Front desk clerk was great when I checked in. The room was spacious and very well equipped. The location was absolutely perfect if you're attending an ASU basketball game. parking was convenient and reasonably priced and they let you keep it until 3 PM the day you check out which allowed me to leave my car there when I went to the ball game.
there was road construction in the area, and it was a little hard to find the entrance.
