A610 offers a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. There is plenty of space for dining with a large table. The primary suite has a king bed, TV, DVD player, and a private bath with a walk-in shower and a garden tub. The second primary suite offers a king bed, TV, DVD player and a private bath with a walk-in shower and a garden tub. Additional sleeping accommodations located in the bunk area which has a TV with a DVD player. Needing to do laundry Don't worry this home has a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience. Things to Know Beach service is included from March to October. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 6. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. When we arrived had told Vacasa we would be late code did not work. We had to stay in the hallway for an hour with 4 children at 1 am finally got into room.?Very disappointed! The shower door would not shut in one bathroom. The other shower had mold in it. Mold and algae all over the patio. The chairs at the pool were very dirty. The floats for the Lazy River were flat and very few were on the stands. The wading pool had cones around an area that looked like they had been there a very long time. Left two messages with Vacasa to have someone call me and never received any calls. All in all will never stay there again. Was not worth the over $2000 I paid !

Room was decorated and stocked with kitchen supplies very well. The view is awesome with the sights and sounds of waves. The room was VERY clean... disney vacation club quality clean. The customer service was top notch with communications and follow up.

Beautiful property! The condo was clean, comfortable and inviting! Views of pool and beach were amazing. Pools are clean and large enough where you don’t feel crowded. The beach was crowded but way the umbrellas were setup didn’t make it feel crowded. If I had to say anything negative it would be the TV’s were frustrating and they give you a free movie rental but DVDs didn’t work. I am definitely staying here again and in same condo! Best vacation and sorry to leave !

I LOVE this condo!! This is my second year staying in A610 and plan to stay in this particular condo every year I visit!! The only issue I had was one of the sinks in the bathroom was clogged and the water went out super slow but other than that everything was perfect. Home away from home!

We enjoyed staying on the sixth floor, overlooking all the pools, and had an awesome view of the ocean as well. The two-bedroom layout was perfect for couples too - with a bedroom on either side of the living room, each with a private bathroom including a walk-in shower and garden tub. We loved that the unit had a big pantry to store our groceries out of sight. The bunk room had a door as well! It was very peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely recommend it!

We will definitely come back. Great accommodations. Unfortunately, the lazy river area was shut down and under construction the entire week we stayed, which would’ve been nice to know prior to booking given that was a big selling point for our kids, but the grounds were nice and clean. Loved being pretty much right on the beach.

Just returned from a fabulous stay at Waterscape. A610 is a beautiful condo whose online pics does not do it justice. Very well maintained and beautifully decorated. And, Waterscape as a resort is just amazing. We are repeat customers and will return again and again.

Best VRBO we have stayed in! My infant and toddler loved the resort amenities! Condo was clean, spacious, comfy, and had a perfect view from the balcony! The beach was amazing and a short walk plus had chairs out each morning. We will be back!

My only complaint was I wish the TVs in the bedrooms had Netflix (the one in living room does) - but the cable selections were nice! (& really who goes to the beach to watch tv - but I do enjoy it at night with young children). Also, I wish the tv in the bunk bed room had cable. That’s where the kids stayed. They did provide a few DVDs which I appreciated.

This condo was perfect!! The beds were so comfortable, kitchen fully stocked, plenty of room. The ocean and pool view is gorgeous. There were also a lot of board games that we had a blast using. That was a great addition for at night or waiting for a little rain to pass.

The pictures do not do this unit justice! It was beautiful and clean! This was our first stay here and I was a bit hesitant but it was so wonderful! My husband forgot his glasses and they were great to help us get them back before we left town. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
