Beautifully decorated in a tropical theme with soothing blues, greens, and coral tones this unit compliments the resort and its surroundings. The unit has an open floor plan that leads to a private wrap around balcony with outdoor furniture. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bath located off the main hallway near the bunk alcove. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, private bath with stand up shower, TV, and DVD player. The third bedroom offers a trundle bed, private bath, TV, and DVD player. this home has a laundry room with stackable washer/dryer for your convenience. Things to Know Beach service is included from March to October. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 4. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. - The pools (zero entry, splash pad, and lazy river were our favorites)
- Bar by the pool for drinks and quick snacks
- Wonderful beach

We had a few questions for the front desk while we were there and they were more than helpful!
You receive your bracelets upon check-in and can also pay to have additional chairs set out each morning for beach service.

We love the Waterscape. Our grandkids love the beach access the pools and lazy river. We've been coming here since it was Wyngate Resorts. We stayed in B400 which is ocean front. Lots of room but carpet is filthy - needs to be pulled and LVP put down like the rest of the condo. Also needs new ceiling fans. They are warped and two of them didn't work. But none of that stopped us from having a great time. Unfortunately the cost of this unit has doubled since COVID so we will be scaling back to a smaller unit for next year.

The balcony was fantastic and all 3 bedrooms and the living area have a view of the ocean. The bunkroom has no door…a curtain could be added for a little privacy. The 3 bedrooms, especially the master, were very small; much smaller than they appear in the pictures. Not the cleanest unit either.
*The lazy river was empty during our entire stay and we weren’t told that would be the case. My 8 year old was very disappointed as she had been looking forward to that.

What I most loved was being able to hear the ocean at night. No noise. The views and hotel amenities were available every day. I also loved having a full kitchen to accommodate our family individually as well as a group when we didn't want to go out. Waterscape is centrally located for our needs which including shopping and dining choices. We did have access to a rental vehicle to visit the surrounding area.

This condo was amazing! You could tell the owners had gone above and beyond to make the occupants feel welcome. There was so much space and there were still unoccupied sleeping places with our party of 9! The view was absolutely amazing and the amenities at Waterscape were outstanding! We will certainly be staying here when we return in the future.

We loved our stay in B400! Very clean, amazing views, and convenient to stairs, beach and pool. Waterscape has an awesome staff— constantly cleaning, and making sure everything was to our satisfaction! Only thing… We knew it was a private condo.. but coffee filters (or a permanent one) and salt and pepper would have been nice.

This condo was great! I have stayed at a lot of condos that did not feel clean, but this one did. It was super cute and of course the resort itself was great and the balcony was HUGE. If you are one to get cold at night, I would recommend bringing an extra blanket as the ones on the beds are kind of thin (but still comfortable). We will be back to be B400!!

I never could get a chair at the beach. People were actually waiting for the chairs before the guys put them out. I spent $10K for two condos and couldn’t get a seat at the pool. I’m 76 and I find this unacceptable.

Nice unit with a fantastic view - great for Families
The beach had double red flags every single day we were there, but the kids and adults still had a blast given the on-site amenities. The pools and lazy river are very nice and spacious. The kitchen, living, and balcony areas of this unit were top notch. And access to the beach and pool areas was quick and easy from the end of the building. The bedrooms are all pretty tight, and the bathrooms need updating.

Room with a View!!
1st the view was amazing!!! That wrap around balcony is wonderful and each room had their own door leading out to it! Sipping coffee in the mornings out there was a perfect way to start the day!
When we got to Waterscape we were excited to see our condo and make our way down to the pools before dinner. After unloading and making our way up to B400 we were sad to discover sand still in the bedrooms, some holes in the curtains (looked like someone didn’t get memo about not smoking in the condo) counters still sticky from the previous guest. Housekeeping doesn’t make the beds like other condos we have stayed in. The fitted sheet is the only sheet actually on the bed. The other sheet is folded and placed at the head of the bed for the guest to make their own bed with. The kitchen was a little cramped, could use some pans that doesn’t have loose handles, seafood crawl crackers for when ordering food in, salt and pepper shakers but we went to the store across the street to pick those up.
If you don’t use your chairs at the pool for 30 mins then security will come around and move all your towels and beach bags. It didn’t happen to us but thought that was strange bc sometimes the parents would want to play with their children or have to take them to the bathroom then come back and their stuff is gone. Getting a beach chair was like a race. People were out their at 7:45 in the morning marking thier spots for the day. It was funny bc we actually raced a couple of people down there to be up front! Haha
What we loved: Loved the living room space, the wrap around balcony, the bunks for kids and the fact that we didn’t have to across any roads to get to the beach. The kids had a blast at the pools with the waterfalls, lazy river was great and our 1yr old loved being able to float in it with us, the beach set up was wonderful along with the complementary umbrella and chairs made it easy for us to have two set ups for our family. We would rent again with Waterscspe but will need a larger 3 bedroom condo that can accommodate 6 adults and 4 children. The bunk room with the full bunk on the bottom looked bigger than it really was.
