No lift. Not a big deal for me usually, but I had a broken rib so carrying the suitcase to the top floor was a bit of an issue.

Amazing apartment supplied with everything needed. The reception was incredible. The location is close to a park, a shopping mall and most importantly the beach. We will definitely be coming back!

Very comfortable, beautifully decorated and fully equipped apartment with everything one might need. Which made us feel like at home. It is just 400 m from a very nice beach (one of the best near Lisbon), nice restaurants and a supermarket. Highly recommended for a family holidays.

The apartment is really confortable with a great design, relaxing. It is at 5 minutes walk from Carcavelos Beach and shops and the housekeeper is very accommodating. Also, it is very easy to go to the subway station (15 minutes walk), I would recommend it for anyone who would like to visit Lisbon and enjoy the beach as well (to relax or surf).

The Apartment was in an excellent location with the beach, restaurants and shops all in close proximity. The train station was also only a short walk It was decorated to a good standard and had everything and more that you would need for a great stay.

Nicely furnished apartment with many amenities. Very well equipped kitchen with all handy appliances like toaster, coffee machine, necessary pots, even salt, spices, oil, etc. Small comfortable dining area in an enclosed balcony. Comfortable bed, clean linen and good quality towels. Good contact with the owner. Efficient check-in despite late arrival. Close to the beach, shop and train station that connects you to Lisbon.

Aromatic chemical sticks scattered all over the apartment. We had to put them in a foil bag and ventilate the apartment because it was impossible to withstand the chemical smell. The biggest downside though, was the mold in the bathroom and the clogged sink that smelled. I have not read about this mold in any opinion. If I had known about it in advance, I would not have decided to rent it, even though the apartment is really comfortable and nice. The bathroom definitely needs renovation to get rid of mold, then it will be perfect to stay ;)
