Our family totally enjoyed our stay. So nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom and very clean. Very quiet neighborhood and just a short walk to the beach. Totally enjoyed our stay.

1st time to stay in a VRBO with our family. (8 adults/7 kids). Great location. House was very nice, comfortable, big enough for all of us. The pool was a nice feature. We would love to stay here again.

The property was perfect for our stay. We had family members from all age groups. Every one enjoyed their stay. The house was comfortable. It was an easy walk to the beach. There were plenty of bicycles, beach chairs, and coolers! The house and yard were beautiful!!

We found the perfect house for our family vacation! There was plenty of space in the living room and dining room to allow our entire group of 9 to eat dinner together or watch a movie comfortably, without sitting on top of each other. The private beach was nice and quiet, and only a couple of blocks away - so even if we were at the house we could pop over to watch the sunset. Our kids loved the pool, and riding bikes around the neighborhood. We all loved the location, and walked/rode bikes to the Hub a few times, and also to Rosemary Beach. Sue was so helpful, and flexible as we were planning our trip. We have been going to Seaside for the past few years, but we all agreed that we liked this location better. This will definitely be our new destination!

We had a corn hole tournament in the backyard & a ping pong tourney in the garage. Plenty of beach chairs & bicycles. Owner, Sue, was quick to respond & so nice.

We stayed at Port30a for Thanksgiving and the house could not have been more perfect and the owner was so easy to work with. It has been recently redone and feels brand new. We had two families and there was plenty of room! Its also a great location with a very quiet private beach! We will definitely be back!

Every single thing about our stay here was wonderful - from easy access to lovely private beach to the perfect pool & lounging area around it. The house is so well furnished & set up, but just the one complaint is that of all the bathrooms, only one was fully functioning. Every other shower had issues from leaks to water that wouldn’t get hot. That’s not an owner’s issue with the rental, but a building issue, but it does need to be addressed for the long term functionality of this home & its usability for big groups. Thankfully we were comfortable sharing our bathroom since we ended up with the one that worked well! That’s the ONLY reason I knock it from five stars to four. Otherwise, we truly had no complaints!

Our family was looking for a place to unwind while remaining socially distanced during these uncertain times. The location and amenities provided at this location exceeded our expectations. The home was beautiful and the location was perfect! My husband is in real estate and stated that is was the best use of space that he had seen in a while. There was no bad room in the house with space for everyone. The private bathroom in each room was great! The access to the private beach allowed us to enjoy the weather without overcrowding. The children also enjoyed the private pool. Some took a short mile bike ride to The Hub for lunch and shopping. One evening we took the five mile drive to Seaside and had a wonderful outside dinner. This property was perfect for us and is now on our list of return properties. The owner was responsive and very accommodating. Fantastic memories we made by all!

The house looks even nicer than the pics suggest. Very clean and recently renovated. Good size and well stocked kitchen. All bedrooms are good size with good size bathrooms in every room has a TV. The pool is quite nice and can handle multiple families. Given the pandemic situation, we are worried about crowding on the beach. We barely came within 3040 feet of any other families. We directly communicated with the owner, who was very responsive to our needs.

Lovely home in a quiet gated community!!! Located between Rosemary and Seaside. Great pool with comfy shaded patio seating. Close walk to a private beach with generous amount of beach chairs and umbrellas for your enjoyment. 4 VERY comfortable bikes to ride a short distance to Watersound or Rosemary. This beautiful home has a great open floor plan with plenty of space for family gatherings! Would definitely LOVE to stay at this amazing home again!!!

Beautiful property with up to date amenities. Decor is gorgeous and having a pool on site is the best!!! All beds were comfortable and kitchen is state of the art. Highly recommend this place.

This property is amazing! We so enjoyed having the beautiful private pool and deck area all to ourselves! The house was so thoughtfully planned - from the beach chairs provided, to the generous kitchen area, multiple seating areas and large bedrooms / bathrooms. The kids loved the bunk areas as well. Our group all said that it was the nicest beach house they've stayed in to date! Plus - the gated neighborhood was so private - so unique to have a quiet and serene getaway just a bike ride away from all the action. The owner was lovely to work with, and we truly enjoyed our time. Thank you for opening up your beautiful home. We happily give our best review to Port 30A - 5+ stars!!!!!

What an incredible home! The house is light, airy and contemporary with large open rooms and high end finishes. The private pool is large and inviting, with a generous sitting area adjacent. An additional outdoor seating area is situated behind the home. The home is located in a gated neighborhood, so there is very little traffic and it feels very private. However, you're just a short bike ride or drive to Rosemary, Seacrest, the Hub, Seagrove or Seaside. The beach access is very close and the beach was not crowded at all (different from some of the other beaches we've visited in the area). The owner (Sue) is great to work with. We look forward to visiting again in the future.
