'SEA-esta' is renovated 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom 2-story end-unit town home in the Ocean Breeze Villas complex in Hilton Head Island, SC. Sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 kids with a queen size sleeper sofa. Well-behaved house-trained pets welcome. It’s just a short 10-minute stroll to the beach, close to the pool, and Coligny Plaza! The difference is in the details. SEA-esta offers a turn-key vacation experience. The villa has new furnishings, paint, hardwood floors, and tile. There are more features than you can imagine. We’ve tried to supply everything you would possibly need during your stay. All linens are provided as well as beach equipment, baby/children’s gear, entertainment, kitchen supplies, paper goods, and even dog bowls! Just pack your clothes and toiletries- your vacation is waiting for you. Inside you will find all of the amenities of home including a comfortable living area with leather sofa and a flat screen TV, wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, large comfortable master bedroom with king bed and a newly renovated private bath, and second bedroom with two twin beds (can be converted to a king) also with a renovated private bath. There are 3 flat screen televisions as well as DVD player, DVDs, books, and games for the kids and their parents. Nature provides the rest...sunshine, sand & surf, and blue skies. What more could you ask for? ** Smoking Is NOT permitted in the townhouse ** PET FRIENDLY ** Well-behaved house-trained dogs under 50 lbs are welcome with $90 fee. It’s cheaper than a kennel! (Sorry, no cats.) Amenities Include... PROVIDED BY NATURE: o Sunshine, Sand and Surf, and Blue Skies! All in-season rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Out-of-season rentals are available for shorter periods of time. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. To hold your reservation, a deposit of 50% is required. Balance is due 30 days before arrival. A security deposit in the amount of $300 is also required. This deposit will be fully refunded within 2-3 weeks after your departure, provided there is no loss or damage. State of SC tourism tax is 11% and will be added to your rental fee. We will not rent to anyone under the age of 25 years unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent for entire rental period. deck has junk on it. they said there were plenty of beach towels and there were only two. they said there was a beach wagon and it was rusted out. it was close to pool and beach.

Overall impression was good , however, some of the items advertised were not in good working order The beach wagon was not usable and rusty. Thank goodness for the step 2 wagon that worked well. The beach chairs were great. We enjoyed the property and it’s location

Family vacation with 3 kids plus a grandfather. Thought it was going to be a tight squeeze, but we actually had more than enough room. It was bit further walk to the beach than anticipated but it’s still walking distance. It was a great experience and would definitely want to recommend staying here!

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Had everything we needed. Owners replaced beach chairs and were open to other suggestions to update.

This place was such an amazing experience for us. A short 15 minute walk to the beach was ideal for us. House was very clean and described perfectly. Tons of room for our family of four plus our dog. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommend it!

Lots of extra stuff in closets and kitchen - maybe too much
Beach chairs were not really usable and back deck / grill was in poor repair.
Rugs need a deep cleaning due to previous occupants with pets.

The location of this unit is great; 3/4 mile to beach and close to Coligny. We had an issue with the toaster and contacted owner and it was immediately replaced. The kitchen could use more coffee mugs and lacked a few things you might need if you do a lot of cooking but we made it work. I liked the cheerful decor and we found our bed to be comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

We loved the location of this property to Coligny and to the Adler Beach Access which had food, drinks and RR. The condo had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels!! The furniture was comfortable including the beds and the condo had plenty of room to accommodate us. It was great having a half bath on the main floor. All the butterflies on the island this time of year was a special treat, we loved seeing them as we rode our bikes!

We rented this property for a week and it was most excellent. Very nicely located a short walk from the beach and Coligny Plaza.

The hosts for this property are amazing. The second bedroom was not made up when we arrived but they took care of it within an hour. They responded immediately to every question or concern but the unit needs updating. The sofa is uncomfortable but a new one is on order. The downstairs is fine. Kitchen and half bath are great. However the bedrooms and stairs have shag carpet and the tubs are worn. It’s impossible to be sure of cleanliness. The property itself is well maintained and the pool is right next door.

Good but some room for improvement
First, the good….super easy check in. Great communication with the owner who quickly took care of a minor issue. TONS of extras that came in handy like puzzles, games, beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart. Lots of considerate items everywhere—flashlight, step stool, dog items, etc.
Room for improvement…bathrooms were listed as renovated but the showers were quite outdated to the point where I think they were clean but it was hard to tell. The couch was horribly uncomfortable—like multiple metal springs poking you when you sat. Pretty minor inconveniences but something that others may wish to know.
The last thing to point out is that the beach was a bit further than I was expecting at .55 miles away. Not a big deal for adults but something to consider if you’re towing 3 kids, a dog and all the extras they require.
All in all, I still give it 4/5 stars due to all the extras and the great communication.

We enjoyed the deck in the morning for coffee and liked that it was an end condo. We had a small door lock problem and contacted the owner. He solved our issue and was delightful to talk to. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

We have stayed at Sea Esta many times over the years, This time with a new owner. I felt like I was back HOME! I love the villa, the location is great and the pool is awesome. It's a hidden gem on the island.

Also, the rental company where you pick up the parking pass closes early and isn’t open on the weekends so you can’t receive after 430pm or Monday. Jason did purchase a baby pack and play which was very nice and accommodating. Overall, it was a good stay, but clearer check in instructions would help.

We had a wonderful time at Hilton Head and the Sea Esta South Forest Beach condo was very nice. The location was great and easy to get to the beach. The condo is roomy and comfortable. Our only complaint is that the carpet needs to be cleaned better. There is also a slight doggie smell in the bedroom with the two twin beds.

We loved the Sea-esta villa , everything was great , great location literally 6 minute walk to the beach. 15 minute walk to great shops and restaurants etc. we will be coming back ! The hostess were very nice and communicated fast with us .

Amazing location and property!
This Villa was a perfect place to stay for a month with my dog. It had everything I needed and the location was great for friends and family to visit. The owners were always available and a dream to work with. I’m already planning my next stay!

Honestly would not booked this condo if I had seen the entrance. The condo was dirty we had to clean the floor and vacuum first thing. The master bedroom bathroom had a mildew shower curtain it looked so bad we did not even use that shower. The carpet upstairs was stained and dirty. There were no beach towels as listed. We contacted the owner on Sunday and told him about the issues with cleaning and towels. He did ship beach towels on Monday and told us he was waiting to hear from cleaning company. We never received word about cleaning company or from him before we checked out on Friday. I paid for a nice clean condo and was very disappointed in what we got. Also disappointed with the owner for not resolving any of the problems. I will now have second thoughts renting from VRBO.
