BRAND NEW KITCHEN- Welcome to Island Time. Featuring four bedrooms, two bath, private pool home in Cocoa Beach Fl. Located a short walk to the beach- access is at the "I Dream of Jeannie" park. On your walk to or from the beach there is a really cool and yummy ice cream shop literally on the way. This spacious home features 2 living rooms great for adult time from kids. Home has everything you need for the perfect getaway. The heated pool 83* makes swimming year round a pleasure (not heated during the summer). The theme of this home is back to the simple life where family vacation memories last forever. When you have had your fill of the pool and beach there is river access 1/2block from the house. Additional places within a short walking distance . Denny's Thai Thai, JP sports Bar. 2 min drive downtown historic downtown Cocoa Beach-surf shops, coffee houses, spas and more. Apologies for the kitchen photos- we are getting professional ones done soon but wanted to inform guests that the kitchen was remodeled with the addition of a new stove. PLEASE READ: Book worry free with our extensive housekeeping protocols and flexible cancelation policy. To ensure housekeeping has enough time to complete our extensive housekeeping protocols (clean, disinfect and sanitize); we currently cannot offer early check in or late checkout. We offer self check in with an electronic lock system. We will email you your code one week prior to arrival.

We found the property to be lovely. Any past issues with poor beds has been fixed. Our kids loved the heated pool and games in the garage. We would stay there again.

Location! Location! Location! Our stay was perfect. The backyard is a beautiful oasis, what you would dream of for a beach vacation. Home was spacious, clean and equipped for family. Will definitely book here for our next beach week!

Everything was great. House was nice. Just that one issue with bed frame. Pool was nice just slow with the clearness of the water.We skimmed and scrubbed it a few times a day. The location was EXCELLENT!!!!!! We would come back and reccomend this home to all!!!!

The house was in a great location- so close to beaches and not too long to get to Disney World. The pool was a hit! the neighborhood was safe and the neighbors were nice and helpful.
The furniture was very modest, but true to the photos. The stove needs replacing- the oven only went on high or off. The microwave was a cute retro one, but it was very slow. The two queen beds had broken frames, which made them sag and creek. All problems can be fixed. Would go again if fixed.

Relaxing and Fun!!
I went down with a big group of friends from college for spring break and everyone was beyond happy with the property. The pool is a good size and with the pool being heated, it was always a comfortable temperature. The backyard in general is enjoyable to look at with all of the different types of plants. The house is a really short walk to the beach, and there were restaurants/businesses in walking distance. Having a fridge in the garage and the kitchen made things very convenient. There was lots of space and having two living rooms was nice as well. This property was also very clean and had lots of privacy. Overall, I highly recommend this property if you're looking for a great time, at great price!

The kitchen its falling apart, the beds are cheap and i had a 4x4 wood under the bed to keep it in position. We got to the house at 7 pm, and the temperature was 85 degrees, it took to 6 am to cool down the house. The owner need to invest money and time in the property.

The photos on the website do not show the unmaintained grounds. The bathroom fixtures do not work in main bathroom.in tub and bath water does not drain. The master bedroom shower doors do not open easily and toilet needs routine plunging. Mold in master bedroom shower. 2 kitchen drawers do not open properly consistently off track. Electric stove burner front right does not remain in setting- Outdoor grill on last leg , when opened filthy foil and aluminum can found inside. This guest did not use. Most of all this writer would have appreciated knowing all 5 televisions did not have cable and only had payed streaming. 2 did not work at all. Fortunately the beds were comfortable and the pool lovely.

Loved our stay at Island Time! The house has lots of room, and is in the perfect spot to enjoy Cocoa Beach. We spent every day by the pool then adventured out after lunch.

The house was clean and large for party of 11. The beds were not comfortable, and sitting area ( gathering (not comfortable). The pool was tiny( pictures conveyed larger, to me). Drawer in kitchen not secure. All in all we had a good time in Cocoa.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The house was very well laid out with lots of space. The only downside is that it is somewhat dated, but otherwise is was awesome. Super clean, great location, lots of space, and a great deal for what you are getting at the price. This is not the

Pool is good for a family. The house was a little dated (kitchen drawers at times fell out when you open them). The location is nice.

Spacious house with great pool
The house had plenty of space for our family of 7. They provide lots of beach towels, pool toys, and beach toys and a well-stocked kitchen. My kids spent a lot of time in the heated pool and we loved the privacy and tropical feel of the backyard. Easy walk or drive to the beach (with plenty of parking)!

“The best Stay”
We had a great time with our family beautiful place. Excellent communication with the owner. Awesome pool we all enjoyed it close the beach close ice cream shop everything was just so great.

Amazing Tropical oasis
The house was everything we needed and very clean and made us feel safe. If we had a issue they were quick to respond. The beach was a short walk away. I would suggest not forgetting the wagon of you have little ones. We spent most of our time enjoying the pool. Would definitely recommend this property. Our family vacation was a success.

Great family vacation home
We enjoyed our stay. Janice is a responsive property manager. I had several questions asked and answered by her before we arrived. The home was clean, roomy and well equipped. Sitting in the lush, back yard around the sparkling, private pool was a great way to spend the day.
