Good space. Layout nice. Convenient location. Good parking. Sadly not very clean upon arrival. Garage door open keypad never worked duration of stay. Not enough cookware or glassware for capacity advertised. Dishwasher pump broken. Unable to use for duration of stay. Microwave handle broken duration of stay. Light over stove did not work duration of stay. Management did respond to texts. Sent more glassware and cookware. Attempt to fix dishwasher determined pump broken not able to repair/replace during stay. Never fixed microwave handle, stove light or garage keypad. Probably worst rental stay in many years. Will avoid Vacasa managed properties in future.

It is our second year staying here and we absolutely love it! Super convenient proximity to town and the mountain. Super clean and great lay out for groups. We definitely will be returning!

Loved the property, we were two families with one dog for five nights before Xmas for skiing at Park City. About a 15-20 minute drive to Park City ski Resort-due to traffic! The property is beautiful, the bathrooms and kitchen were well supplied--altho, I would add that they should provide at least one non-stick frying pan, and a large pot to cook pasta!
I would have given them a five start rating if it hadn't been for the lack of heat. Two technicians had to come out before discovering that the two thermostats controlling the different levels of the home cannot be on at the same time! So either the lower bedroom and living areas were without heat, or the upper bedrooms had to be without heat! And in Utah in late December, temperatures were below zero on some nights. Management tried to accommodate with space heaters, which then blew a fuse each time.
Property management were very sympathetic, and for the nights when lower unit did not have heat, they did compensate for our suffering.

This place was nice, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Beds were comfortable and plenty of bathrooms. Our group of 6 enjoyed our stay overall.
However, since the home allows pets, we found lots of pet hair…including all over the sofas at check in. Vacasa is very responsive so there was a bit of miscommunication with a cleaner coming in to tidy up. Those blue sofas are just hair magnets.

The property was clean and tidy, well represented in the pictures. It had everything that we needed for meal preparation as well as plenty of toiletries. It was spacious enough for a large family or 2 smaller families although it was only two of us with our 2 dogs. The location made for an easy ride into Park City, with Salt Lake City only 40 minutes away. We had no problem finding hiking, golf, disc golf, pickle ball, biking, etc, all nearby. It was super dog friendly with a nice front lawn, sidewalks and walking trails connecting all of the condo properties, complete with dog waste bags and trash cans along the way. Few fun hiking and biking trails down Jordanelle Parkway with a great view of Lake Jordanelle. Many nice neighbors and families around the area who were were very welcoming. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us- it made our “Utah in the Fall” adventure amazing!

Awesome stay
This is the second time we’ve stayed at this place and it’s perfect. Plenty of space, nice and quiet, perfectly clean, very welcoming and comfortable. We plan to stay here every year for our girls trip!

This townhome in Heber City, was absolutely beautiful. The home is very spacious, with three different floors, and all counter tops and finishes being super modern and classy. I enjoyed the aesthetic to the home and décor throughout (I would actually buy a townhome like so!). The listing was accurately represented with all the different rooms, bathrooms, and household supplies. We definitely loved the open floor concept on the 2nd level where the kitchen, living and dining area is. All the bathrooms also provided extra towels, toilet paper, and tissue paper. The connected garage was also a plus considering we arrived right when there was a winter storm. Our skis did not freeze while being in the car overnight thanks to the garage.
There was just one minute, simple downfall about this townhome, and it was the lack of basic cooking ingredients/condiments. They had plenty of pots, pans, dishes, etc., but if you plan to cook/eat here you must bring your own salt, pepper, cooking oil, any foil or plastic wrap. They had a couple array of spices, but the salt was empty when we arrived. They have a nice sized pantry in the kitchen, but not stocked at all. Luckily, I had packed salt and pepper just in case and good thing I did.
Aside from the above, we absolutely loved the house. The heater was working well, and the blinds/curtains kept the room dark at nights. The beds were also comfy with a combination of memory foam and soft pillows. The house was also a quick 12~ minute drive to Park City ski resort. Will definitely book again!

Great Holiday in Park City
The townhome was located a few miles from downtown Park City where we enjoyed the shops and great dining.
