Location, location, location… beautiful old neighborhood in the midst of being revitalized. Same for apartment and building. Beds could use new mattresses with greater depth. Friendly assistance. Only negative occurred our second night. We were woke at 1:30am by the pumping of concrete to upper levels of the building next door. Multiple cement trucks rumbling as they awaited their turn. Had concrete flakes all over car. Thankfully removed fairly easily.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were five University students from Michigan and were on fall break. We spent most of our time on Broadway, which definitely made for a hefty Uber/Lyft bill by the end of our trip, but if we had wanted to be by Vanderbilt it would have been perfect! Everything about the place was great, there's even a W/D! We loved the access to a toaster & everything was clean. The wifi was a struggle at first but we got it figured out & the owner answered very quickly. We were sad to find that we ended up in a Willie themed room (this may have been us not seeing a description somewhere honestly because we didn't really double check at all!) as I booked it specifically as it was my friend's birthday and she LOVES Johnny Cash, but it was still a very cool setup and the decor was awesome, so we weren't really upset about that, just be warned you may get a different theme than you anticipated! Overall - great stay, would recommend!! (p.s. f you're sharing, definitely snag the only non-bunk-bed bed before others do as it is the COZIEST bed I have ever felt!)

What we got was not what I looked at on Vrbo. Place was clean when we got there. Sat on the sofa & the right end broke. Went to go to bed on the first night & the bed broke. I left owners know but never heard a word. Was never told that the unit was on a second floor. There was no smoke alarm as well
