Adorable, stylish, perfectly located, brand new 4 bedroom 3.5 bath house in downtown Hermann, MO. Located on E 4th Street, you can walk to all of downtown Hermann's bars and restaraunts and wineries or have the Hermann Trolley pick you up at the house and take you everywhere. It will even drop you off at the house when you are done exploring for the day. This brand new house is perfectly decorated to be your home away from home. There are 3 king sized beds and 1 queen bed upstairs. One of the King bedrooms and the queen bedroom has an en suite full bath, another has an en suite half bath, and there is also a full hallway bathroom. All have comfy memory foam mattresses. There is also a sleeper sofa and half bath on the main level. The kitchen is fully furnished with all pots, pans, and utensils you would need to prepare a basic meal along with a coffee bar. Enjoy an evening glass of wine on the deck or watch a movie on the 65 in HD TV. Enjoy the following with your stay: --Coffee, creamer, sweetener at the coffee bar --All linens provided --Travel size soap and shampoo/conditioner --DVD Player --Smart TV for you to login to your favorite streaming service (no cable) --Charcoal Outside Grill Base rates are for up to 8 people (2 in each bedroom). There is a $25 per person per night fee for more than 8 people. There is a max of 10 people at the house. Base rates do not include cleaning and sales tax. -Parties or events not allowed

This house was perfect for our family girls trip! Very clean, located within walking distance of the train station and the downtown shops and restaurants, and plenty of space and bedrooms/bathrooms. Definitely recommend this place for your next trip to Hermann.

The location of the house is the best thing about it. Plus the house is wonderful too! Just about 2 blocks in any direction and you are at a restaurant, nightclub, shop or winery.
The house was just right for the 8 of us. Plenty of room in the kitchen/living room. 4 bedrooms upstairs and just as many bathrooms. House was very clean and up to date.

Plenty of space (slightly smaller than the wide-angle pictures, but that’s normal). Location is excellent - walking distance of downtown shopping & restaurants. Good communication all around.

This house was the perfect setting for our high school friends to come together for the weekend! Some of us traveled a long way and we appreciate the hospitality, cleanliness, and amenities. The location is perfect for walking around town and catching the Trolley to the wineries.

This place was wonderful! It was very clean, the sleeping areas were located far away from the living areas, and the location could not have been better. We got there during severe weather and our host was very accommodating and helpful during that time. We will definitely book this place/with this host the next time we return.

Out families stayed during a wedding celebration weekend. Door code worked- yay! Unit was nicely stocked with essentials. We could walk easily to activities and shops. Wonderful updated and very clean. Communication was quick response. We are already talking about rebooking for next year for family reunion get away.

It is such a cute house and was perfect for my group! It was easy to walk to shops, food, and the night life! And the winery trolly even picked us up out front!

Very convenient to downtown. And comfortable accommodations for our group of 8. Only suggestions would be to stock the kitchen a bit better. 6 mugs for 8 people is not sufficient and there were no hot pads for taking things out of the oven. Overall, I would highly recommend.

We were a group of seven who met a friend in her hometown of Hermann. We use our getaways as scrapbbooking weekends. This place was perfect! Lots of bedrooms with mostly king beds, multiple bathrooms, large kitchen and really nice family room (open concept). Super clean and perfectly updated. We will definitely return!

8 of us had a great stay at this property. Loved the decor, very clean. Plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms for all! Easy to walk from the house all around town, never had to move the car until departure.

Fantastic house!!
This house was amazing! The rooms were plentiful, the kitchen space actually sat all 8 of us [4 couples] with room so we could have a game night. There was ample seating for movie watching in th3 living room, but best of all we were walking distance to Wings a blazin' AND Hermanhoff our must see/eat places in Hermann. Cathy was amazing to set up and grt into the house with. Very responsive when we had questions. We highly recommend this location to anyone coming with 3-4 couples.

The property is in an ideal location close to downtown Hermann. If the weather had been warmer we could have walked to restaurants etc. The property was very clean and pretty well equipped. If you want to cook more than a basic meal then you would want to bring your own but all the basics were covered. Overall a great stay for our friends group.

Great Place, Great Location, Great Time
The house was perfect I would not change a thing. The house was clean, great floor plan, good parking, well equipped throughout. The owner thought of everything down to the smallest detail to big items like 2 water heaters so you never run out of hot water when you have a large group. I can't wait to go back again. Thanks for everything!

Awesome Property!
A group of seven of us went to Hermann to celebrate my wife's 50th. We took the train from KC and walked to the property. This house was terrific! Plenty of bedrooms and comfortable hang out space for our friends. We were there the weekend of Oktoberfest and the property was convenient for everything we wanted to do. Centrally located in town, so it was an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Would definitely return.
