Master BR w/king sized bed (Serta Perfect Sleeper), dresser, night stand, closet & 43" smart TV, 2nd BR has two full beds (Serta Perfect Sleeper) w/storage, night stand, console table, closet and 43" smart TV. Open concept dining room and living room w/comfortable queen size sleeper sofa and 55" smart TV. Dining room table seating for 6. Stainless steel appliances with granite counter tops and bar stool seating for 2. Porch with comfortable seating for two and pool view. 3 min walk to beach via public beach access at Seaside Villas 6 minute walk/2 minute drive to Coligny Plaza with 60 specialty shops and restaurants offering something for everyone, including live entertainment starting at 6:30 PM, 7 days a week at Coligny Plaza Center Stage. Please note that Check-In is not available on Sundays.

The condo was perfect for us. Very clean and updates were great. Plenty of kitchen gear to make a meal or cup of coffee. Having beach chairs, cart and umbrella was wonderful to have. The owner had a binder that listed places to go, and all the details of the condo including remote usage, wifi, etc. The owner was very communicative. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!!!

Nice place in an excellent area. Short walk to the beach and shopping. Pool is pretty small with only a very tiny section where you can touch the ground.

We loved our stay at this property in Hilton Head. It was a short walk to the beach and the shops. Check in was easy. Everything was perfectly cleaned and decorated. We felt right at home. We can’t wait to come back.

From start to finish this was a great property. The owners were responsive and always willing to answer questions. The condo was spotless and very clean upon arrival. There were plenty of towels and kitchen items. It was so nice having beach chairs and a cooler to use as well. The location is perfect and is within walking distance of the beach and Coligny. The pool was never crowded and the locals were so kind. I have been visiting HHI for 30 years and this was my favorite property yet. We will definitely visit this property again.

We spent the month of March in Hilton Head and had a wonderful time. The space was very comfortable and well equipped. We loved being so close to the beach and enjoyed walking and cycling on the beach every day. Robert responded quickly to our questions. We will be back!

Great location
We had a great time with friends and family! The condo was centrally located in a great area of Hilton Head and was only a short walk to the beach. We were able to ride bikes as a family including our two children. This was our first time to Hilton Head and the condo did not disappoint.

This was a great place to stay in Hilton Head. We could ride bikes or walk to most places that we needed to go. It was a very clean unit and was updated! The host was great with answering questions too. We would stay here again next time we travel to Hilton Head.

Perfect place for our family’s quick trip to the Island. Quick 5 minute walk to beach, pool in complex, and close to one of the best parks/playgrounds in the area. Will definitely stay again!

The property was as described, well kept and clean. Host was responsive and we had no issues. Everything my family needed was within walking distance- grocery, dining, large (and small) ship park, treats, shopping, beach. We did make a short drive to Sea Pines ($10 parking) for a walk along those trails. This area is beautiful, clean and the people are very friendly. There are walking/bike paths to get you anywhere you’d like to go so it feels very safe for a young family despite the sprinkle of alligators ;) Thank you, Robert, for a comfortable stay!
