About this house rental
Totally renovated house - new paint - all new furnishing-3 bedroom 4-piece bathroom, full kitchen & laundry on beautiful lake Simcoe. Enjoy lakeside scenery & chill out in this retreat with awesome sunsets on the dock; or be active in the many running/walking trails, enjoy on-site paddle board & kayak off the private dock. We are totally non-smoking. Enjoy a round of golf at the many local courses; take in a performance at the 'Orillia Opera House', seasonal festivals, or a concert and gambling at Casino Rama - all minutes away. 30 min from Horseshoe Valley, minutes from shops/bakeries in downtown Orillia, 20 min from Burl's Creek life jackets and water toys/boats available for rental.

We had a lovely time staying at this property - there were 5 of us in total, including two older adults and one child under 10. The house was very clean and both Aaron and Scott were helpful in making our stay comfortable. The bay area provided a quiet waterfront view with beautiful surrounding properties. We made use of the dock area for swimming, kayaking and canoeing. We also visited surrounding beaches which afforded 'cleaner' sandy beaches. Overall, a worthwhile stay!

As mentioned above the online listing needs to be updated. The size of the beds is incorrect and more importantly the number of people allowed at the cottage is incorrect, which caused issues

Beautiful house and property
Beautiful house and property. The house and shed were well stocked with everything you could need for a relaxing, fun time on the water. The owners were very kind and informative. Would definitely recommend!

Great house in Orillia
We enjoyed the short stay at the house on Lake Simcoe. It was very clean and bright and the rooms accommodated our family of 9 without any problem. The view to the lake was beautiful at sunset and the fresh flowers a nice extra. We would definitely enjoy coming again for a longer stay. Thanks again to Scott & Aaron

Great property!
We stayed in the winter and it was the perfect place for our family to relax. Skiing was not far away from the location. Home is in excellent condition and has everything you need. Owners were very pleasant and happy to have us. We would definitely recommend this place.

Large Spacious Cottage, Amazing View & Fully Stocked
The photos do not do this gorgeous home justice!! All the bedrooms were large and clean with comfortable beds, the living room and dining room offered more than enough space for our party of 6 ( you could of fit 8-10 very comfortably)
The Kitchen was FULLY STOCKED with anything you would need to create a gourmet meal and the included Tassiamo coffee was a wonderful touch.
I have rented multiple cottages and Air BnB's over the last five year but Scott & Aaron have been the best hosts thus far. Excited to come back in the summer!

My friends and I had a great night at Scott's lovely lakefront cottage. Plenty of room for our party of 8. No complaints!

Great Location and Communication!
The property was just as displayed in photos. Very clean and great access to town. The only small thing was the lack of heat on occasion but did not detract from the experience.
