The Canuck at Grandview boasts a premier floor plan with gorgeous views of the Muskoka landscape, partial views of Cookson Bay/Fairy Lake and within a short walk to the private swim dock. Vaulted ceilings throughout give a wonderful modern spacious feeling to the living and sleeping areas. The private balcony is a great spot to enjoy privacy while relaxing or dining with the Muskoka feel of mature trees, granite rock and water. There are private walking trails that are accessible right outside the condo. Close to the Town of Huntsville, Arrowhead and Algonquin Provincial Parks.

This is a wonderful property, plain and simple. Just outside of Huntsville, the location is close to down but quiet and peaceful with beautiful trees and the Lake beyond. The place itself was clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Great kitchen. Maybe one of the best features for us was the two leather reclining chairs. Not only did they look great but they were absolutely comfortable (which you often don't find in many properties). In addition, the hosts left a lovely little card, some chocolates on the pillows and snacks in the kitchen. Doesn't get much better. We are planning a return trip in the spring ... and, oh, what the heck, in the fall again as well. Well done Brett and Heather.

Great location close to Huntsville, Algonquin park and steps to Fairy lake with all day sun exposure. Very clean, comfortable and no detail is missing. Great communication with owners. Highly recommended!!!!

Cutest little place to get ready and stay in for my big day! Heather and Brett were so communicative and very easy going with having photographers and hair and make up artists coming and going. It was the perfect location for us. The only complaint is I wish my husband and I got to spend more time inside to truly enjoy all they had to offer here!

Loved the Canuck at Grandview condo. Not only exactly per the description on VRBO- but lots of very convenient extras like beach towels, hand soaps, dishwasher and laundry detergent. We popped in to town for lunch and drinks several times and really enjoyed it. Thanks Heather & Brett! the 4 of us really enjoyed a week of peace while kids were at camp!

This is the second time I've stayed here. This time with friends for a local triathlon. Well appointed with everything you need. Beds are super-comfy and the leather recliners quite welcome post event! The location is perfect - quiet yet close enough to anything you might need. Everyone we ran into in the complex were friendly.

The condo was a perfect spot for our weekend stay while attending a dance competition in town. A quick drive to the theatre and stores made it easy to go back and forth when we had down time. The condo was beautifully decorated and we loved the attention to detail. We were able to relax and enjoy the view from the balcony or cozy up in front of the fireplace. Would love to stay again if we come back to Huntsville.

We travel to this area during every season enjoying all it offers. We have stayed at a variety of different places, but this is now our new favourite.
The location is perfect, close to Huntsville, golfing, Arrowhead etc., The condo is exceptional - clean, bright, beautifully decorated, stocked with everything we needed, beds were comfy, very nice to have our own bathrooms too.
Hosts were very responsive and friendly.
We will definitely book again, thanks for the lovely stay.

This condo exceeded expectations. It is more spacious than it looks in the photos. since I was traveling with my son it was extra lovely to have the two bedrooms at opposite ends of the condo. The decor of the whole space is beautifully thought out and the kitchen is so well equipped..The location is excellent and the entire vibe is very peaceful. If you are looking for a place where you can totally unwind and relax and unwind. My son who has a fairly demanding job would have gladly stayed another week

Sister Time
I booked this property for a sister get-a-way. It was perfect. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms made our stay very comfortable.
The beds were also very comfortable. The quality of the furnishings and linens made the experience feel very luxurious.
The property is close to Arrowhead Prov. Park for hiking, Huntsville for dining and exploring (Lion’s Lookout), and near enough to Port Carling to enjoy a scenic cruise on Lake Rosseau.
We both felt would would enjoy returning in the future.

Peaceful, Clean and Efficient
The condo was perfectly clean and organized. Everything laid out neatly for feeling at home immediately. I loved walking through the forest down to the dock to sit in the sunshine. I met one of the neighbours and we had a lovely conversation while he fished. Short trips to Huntsville for shopping, dinner, groceries and ice cream.

As everyone has said the condo is well appointed. Personally I loved the shower water pressure and almost instantly hot water along with the plush towels. Very relaxing deck, should have packed sun screen. Really miss the golf course.

It was a perferct getaway with our neighbour/friends. The place was perfectly furnished and the living room view was awesome, facing the golf course. Lots to do around Huntsville area... hiking trails and more hiking trails.

Winter Getaway
My husband and I enjoyed a lovely long weekend here for a winter getaway. The condo was the perfect base for wonderful winter activities including skating, skiing and hiking. We particularly enjoyed the lovely view from the large window and the very comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for our needs. Heather and Brett were a pleasure to communicate with. Their kindness and help when we experienced some challenges (of our own doing) was so appreciated. All round it was a great experience and we would stay here again for sure.

Christmas Celebration with Friends
When you first drive into the complex, the architecture of the buildings is very interesting and the landscape is Muskoka. Walking up to our condo door, we were welcomed by holiday decorations and two Muskoka chairs with blankets. The condo is just as advertised on VRBO. It was clean, welcoming and pleasingly decorated. We had everything we needed and more for a wonderful stay. Our hosts even added holiday decor, especially for us, to enhance our celebration. Very pleased with our choice and would go back again. Our hosts were very accommodating and replied quickly to any questions. A definite five star choice.

A spacious and luxurious Huntsville getaway.
A nice big apartment overlooking the golf course. Well furnished with two big bedrooms both with ensuites. A very nice place to stay while visiting the Huntsville area.

My wife and I needed a nice, comfortable base for our hiking trip around Algonquin. The Canuck at Grandview was perfect. It is close to Algonquin Park and all its natural beauty and close to Huntsville for its amenities and restaurants.
The space was spacious and very peaceful after a day of long hiking. It rained a couple of days and it was wonderful to have a warm, comfortable place to stay.
Heather and Brett were fantastic and welcoming hosts. They communicated all aspects of the agreement very clearly and were responsive to all questions.
We would recommend The Canuck to anyone interested in staying in this area. And we would certainly stay there again.
