Just pack your boards, wax and wetsuit! This 2 bedroom home offers sleeping options for up to 4 people, with a double bed in the master bedroom and 2 king single beds in the second bedroom. Open plan living, sounds of the beach and all the bells and whistles for you to just move in an enjoy your stay. Outdoor deck for summer entertaining with BBQ. Being truly pet friendly, your fury family members will always be welcome at The Surf Lodge. The rear yard is fully secure, so as you head to the beach to catch the break, you can have confidence that you pet has room to move and is safe and secure. As you come down the drive way, your stress will just float away and when you walk in the front door, you will be taken to a surfers heaven. Every aspect of this property is sure to please with the sounds of the ocean flowing through the property creating a real sense of peace and tranquillity. What more could you ask for! Book today to enjoy your next getaway… WIFI included + Smart TV with Netflix access Please note: a $500 bond applies to all bookings. This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels. If you wish to hire linen, please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. We are a family of 2 adults, 2 kids and 2 pups. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nice and close to walk down to the beach or into the main street. The backyard was nice and secure for the pups. It would be nice if there were some screens on the doors and or windows to make the most of the cool sea breeze but other than than we really enjoyed our stay!

Like everything about our stay but was very glad that the weather didn’t get too hot as the Lodge warms up pritty quickly and becomes stuffy as it was we had top temperatures of only 21 . We found with opening the windows on both sides of the house we could get a breeze through thanks to the sea breezes.

Just one house back from the beach, this house was just the right size for our family of four people and two dogs. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and staples, the garden was well fenced for our dogs.

Great location, dog friendly, well stocked with kitchen utilities, very comfortable beds. Shame windows were locked, so couldn't hear/smell the ocean. Would recommend couples/families/dogs.Wish had free Netflix but we survived without it.

A simple shack that is fitted out with fantastic comforts and we can't wait to come back.
Having spent time in Middleton in many accommodations The Surf Lodge is perfect for us and our furbaby and we highly recommend this gorgeous shack!

We had a lovely stay with our dog and appreciated being able to take him. He loved the large lawn and secure yard. He’s not a fan of the beach though!!
The house is very well set up.
The windows need fly screens to keep flies and mozzies out. We were eaten alive.
Piezo on bbq is temperamental.
Fridge is really loud at night and bathroom exhaust fan is so noisy.

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Surf Lodge it was clean and very comfortable! Good location in a nice quiet street. Wifi would have been good but other than that lots of little amenities that made our stay like a home away from home.

The Surf Lodge has almost everything you and your doggie need for a comfortable beach stay. Great location a short walk to the beach and a slightly longer stroll to grab a coffee in Middleton township. The house was clean and restful - having the pullout sofa bed was a bonus for the teenager. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything needed for some homecooking. There are also generous "extras" left in the pantry. A stay at the Surf lodge could be slightly improved with the addition of WiFi, towel hooks and windows (with screens) that could open to let in the wonderful sea breeze. Would definitely stay here again if these inclusions were added.

One street back from the beach, lovely little place, spotlessly clean, classy décor, comfy beds/linen, kitchen filled with everything you needed and the upper view deck was super cute. Bathroom and kitchen were a bit older but in perfect working order. Had a great stay.

We had a great stay at the surf lodge in Middleton- the house was tidy and easy to relax in. The beach was so close! There was an out door table and bbq on the deck which was fabulous!
We would stay again.

Location was great with only a 5min walk to the beach or 2mins in the car down to one of the main car parks for surfing.

We had a great stay at the surf lodge in Middleton- the house was tidy and easy to relax in. The beach was so close! There was an out door table and bbq on the deck which was fabulous!

The only thing I would warn people about is the lack of any fly screens. We got absolutely attacked my mozzies the first night. In just the lounge we killed over 30 mozzies, the bedrooms were the same.
Other than the mozzies it's a great little place. Close to the beach, has a nice little viewing deck and you can sneak a view of the ocean over the back fence.
