WEEKLY MINIMUM RENTAL Saturday to Saturday in peak season (Dec. - April). PET FRIENDLY! Ready for a wonderful FLORIDA FAMILY FUN VACATION on FORT MYERS BEACH!!! While our island may look different as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds from Hurricane Ian, we can assure you that the beach is as spectacular as ever and all of our homes have been approved and inspected to meet your family's needs. We are Fort Myers Beach Strong and will be better than ever! Views of the Gulf help make this 1 bedroom efficiency condo the perfect getaway! Located across from Santini Plaza on the south end of the island, Estero Beach & Tennis 105B is the perfect spot for a couple to relax and enjoy all the island has to offer! ONE DOG ALLOWED WITH PRIOR APPROVAL AND $250 ADDITIONAL PET FEE. (This fee may be added after booking.) You can enjoy intimate dinners prepared in your fully-equipped kitchen, or make use of the on-site BBQ and cook up a great meal to enjoy on the open balcony. With all the boating and wildlife activity it's a pleasure to sit outside while dining. The Living Area has a flat screen TV to watch your favorite programs and there is a sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests. The Bedroom offers a King Sized Bed to lull you to a restful sleep after a full day at the beach. If you're in the mood for activity, the heated pool is a great spot to exercise or just relax and enjoy our sun-filled days; if you want something a little more active there are tennis and pickleball courts to get your feet moving and your heart pumping! Pool is open dawn to dusk. For your convenience, there are on-site laundry facilities in building C, elevators, secured lobby entrance, BBQ grills and ample open parking. There's free cable TV service and free WIFI in the condo! All linens and towels (including beach towels) supplied. The Estero Beach And Tennis Club Resort Complex which sits on 11 acres of lush tropical vegetation offers brand NEW 4 Har-Tru tennis and pickleball courts, a fountain lake, resort-sized heated pool, 7 miles of white sandy beach on the Gulf right outside your back door, great fishing, all at the southern upscale and quiet end of Fort Myers Beach AND all for the best deal on the island. Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets. Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park or south to Lovers Key State Park and exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Scheduled to re-open January 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open and just a 2-mile drive away. We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the grounds of the Estero Beach and Tennis Club. The Club has been hard at work to make the grounds beautiful again. Despite their recovery and rebuilding mode, they are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches in their backyard. Your vacation condo has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival. PLEASE NOTE: There is no washer/dryer in this unit. Laundry facilities are located on the ground floor and are available to all residents and guests of Estero Beach & Tennis Club. There is a STRICT no smoking policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. Dirty and Dated
The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean, the grounds are beautiful, and well kept, and your fur-baby is able to stay with you…but the Condo needs some TLC! There was trash left from the previous guest, instead of replacing broken blinds, electrical tape was used to just repair! The lampshade, and the shower curtain had stains all over them, they looked like they came from a flood damage thrift shop! Tiny tv, my dressing room has a bigger tv! If you have any kids that like to play on their iPad in the evening, forget it, there is no Wi-Fi. Whomever owns this condo likes to collect funds, but doesn’t like to put it into their investment! Security guard was nice, but taking pictures of the units at night is creepy, surely there is a better way to monitor the guest that are not shutting their blinds at night. I have been to other condos and the pool closed at 10, not 8pm, the pool should be open till 9, it’s still light out and very warm. Ester and the grounds keeper are absolutely wonderful, both were very sweet, and pleasant to talk to! I would stay at the complex again, but not the unit I stayed in.

The unit was clean and orderly, although showing some wear and in need of a few updates. We had a cool windy day that revealed the poor quality and leakiness of the sliding door. The vertical blinds are a ‘must replace’ because of their poor condition, and generally bad selection for a rental property of this sort. We have since looked at other rental units in the same complex for next year - this one’s condition appears to be comparatively below average condition. Nonetheless, the unit was clean, an excellent location for all we wanted to do, and very affordable during prime season. We will definitely consider it again.

we loved this unit and had a wonderful vacation. We were so happy that our little dog was able to stay with us. (she loved the dog beach a few miles down the road) Wi fi was the only issue and the office was able to assist us with options. Thank you for a great week! Jo Ann and Walter

Great location
The location and amenities are very nice. I wish the AC was better. It never really got cool. We had to go buy a fan because it was too hot. Also, the property is not very family friendly. The pool rules are not friendly to children.

The Not So Good: Close to pool and poorly insulated walls, so some noise even with windows closed. AC unit could not be set below 74 degrees and no fans available to cool the unit alternatively or to supplement AC.

Nice view and great area
Having never been to fort Myers, I was happy to see that this location was on the “better side” of the island. The opposite side was full of spring breakers but this location is in a nice quieter area. The only compliant I have is that there are old stains on the bed comforter, shams and the mattress protector and the room smelled a little musty. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great view!
This was a great place to stay, close to the beach and pool. Also there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.
The shower should be redone. Especially the shower head, the pressure is very hard and no way to adjust.

We loved this property. I would recommend anyone to stay here. It was clean, great location, easy to book and check in. They had a nice heated pool and beautiful view of the ocean. We saw awesome sunsets every night from our balcony! We will come back to this property.
