The cabin was just as described. It was beautiful with lots of space and en suite bathrooms in several of the bedrooms. However, we were a little disappointed in the upkeep and cleanliness.

We had a mostly excellent experience at The Mansion. It's hard to find an 8 bedroom property that is so comfortable. Having a separate game room for the kids that is separate from the other living spaces (with the breezeway in between) and two hot tubs was a huge win for our kiddos and parents. The furnishings were comfortable and tasteful. We really enjoyed the peacefulness of the neighborhood, (with the exception of the new construction going on behind the property.) We loved having so much outdoor porch space (both upstairs and on the main floor), the huge bunk room and separate stair case from the bunk room to the game room. The kids had so much fun with that! Some things that would have made this a truly exceptional experience include better water pressure in the bathroom sinks of various ensuite bathrooms; the showers worked great, but not the sink faucets. Also there wasn't any free kitchen cabinet space so we had to keep our dry goods out on the countertop under the kitchen window. And there wasn't enough spoons for us to use each meal, so we used plastic wear. Bring dish soap, extra trash bags, TP and chlorine. We needed to clean the water in the kids' hot tub half-way in to our stay but couldn't find any on the property. But we also didn't ask the property managers; so they may have had some to drop off. I wish there was a pack-n-play, highchair/booster seat, and baby gate at the property. Instead, we had to bring them from home and use a bench to block the staircase. It's a courtesy thing since this is a family style property. It would be helpful in the listing to know what beds were in what room and exactly what floor each room was on. For example: "Bedroom #1 (upstairs): King, daybed with two twins and ensuite bathroom w/ tub" That would eliminate and question as to where to get settled as families arrived at different times. Overall, we LOVED this property and plan to rent it again next year. We highly recommend it.

Some of the rooms have trundle beds that work well for small kids (there are no cribs). It was refreshing to work with a property manager who responded to questions we had with patience within 10-20min. I really appreciate the time you took to answer all the questions we had. The property requires a few maintenance needs - some of the bathroom faucets barely had water, one of the bedroom doors (room closest to the stairs) would not stay locked securely, the fan outside was not working, the freezer did not work (but the maintenance team fixed this). I would recommend bringing your towels - the ones provided have been used so many times, no amount of fabric softener can revive the softness. Bring sufficient supplies to use. Overall, our experience was good and we would book this property again. The main concern was the cleanliness of the property - because there is barely enough time between group checkouts and check-ins to thoroughly clean, change sheets and towels, etc., there were areas that were not clean. **To the property managers - allow time for thorough cleaning of the property between stays.

This 8 bedroom, 9.5 bath property is simply beautiful. The design is meticulous and spacious. Having two outdoor patios, lots of furniture, two propane grills, play-set for the children and two hot tubs for adults is the perfect cabin for family and friends with lots of entertainment and plenty of space to move around. We would definitely rent this cabin again during our next stay in Broken Bow.

This house was perfect for our group. There was plenty of king size bed for all couples to have. There were 2 hot tubs, and all the game tables and game room, perfect... our stay was perfect!

This was a great property for 8 of us in town for some business due diligence. It was a very comfortable home and allowed each of us to have our own bedroom and bath. The different games allowed all of us competitive guys to earn bragging rights. Would definitely stay again!!!
