Exceptional

The hosts were very welcoming, helpful and kind for the duration of our stay. The photos don’t do the property justice and it was much nicer in reality. The apartment was very clean and had great views of the seaside. We would highly recommend this property.

We spent 8 days in the apartment, where we felt very comfortable. A spacious, modern, clean and well-equipped apartment awaited us. The view is beautiful, amazing comfort and we had everything we needed. The host was very kind, we arrived earlier than the agreed time and were able to take over the accommodation two hours earlier. Before leaving, there was a small gift in front of our door that the host gave us. If we come back to Makarska in the future, we will definitely come here. I can only recommend.

Awesome at all levels

Great view over the marina and the golf. Super clean and all the things a family would use , we felt at home.

A little bit hard for those who ae not that willing to climb that street, but was no issue for us.

In the city of Makarska we rested with the whole family. We made our choice for apartments - "Villa Edita". Apartment with designer renovation, very cozy and bright. The apartment has all new appliances, as well as a lot of different utensils. I also liked that there are two toilets and two bathrooms. We lived on the top floor from the balcony of this apartment offers amazing views of the sea. There are only two apartments in the building. Therefore, there can only be one neighbor. There is little space for parking, but 2 cars can fit. Nearby there are shops, one is called "Studenac" and located at the bottom of 250 meters from the apartment. There is also another "Ribola Market" store, about 500 meters away. Here you will find more selection of products. To the sea about 1 km, it's 15 minutes on foot. The only problem is the back uphill. The apartment is located on a hill. For us it was good fitness, but for our grandmother it was a bit difficult. In this area it is very quiet and calm, the music from the first line of the sea does not disturb here. Thanks to the polite owners who took care of us throughout our stay. We were satisfied with our holiday!

Modern apartment with stunning sea views

Beautiful and new apartment. All very modern and tastefully furnished. We appreciate the two bathrooms, washing machine, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, working air conditioning and absolutely breathtaking sea view. The owners' behaviour was very pleasant. Thank you, we enjoyed it very much. :-)

Beautiful, clean, modern and good view. Location offers an incredible view as it is a bit on the mountain and around 15m walking from the Harbour where all restaurants etc are

Beautiful property with a wonderful view. Very comfortable for a group of 4 adults. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and we really had a wonderful stay- thank you :)

Great value for money!

Great: The view, the cleanliness, the size of the appartment, modern design, plenty of appliances and household items. the hostess was also polite and we got a little gift at the end of our trip! You can watch great sunsets from the balcony!

Talking from a high standard POV, and really only if we want to be nit picking there might be some room for improvement: pillows (they were so high, that you would get a stiff neck from them - we slept without pillows during our stay), bed in general wasn't too comfortable and please, use allergy-friendly detergents for the bed linen - we got skin rashes from them. It would be great if the A/C would also reach the bedrooms or if there we separate A/C machines in the bedrooms. we could never get the stuffy air out of the rooms and it was too hot. also the parking spaces are a bit hard to navigate and are close to a 'cliff' but this is what it's like to own a car in Croatia.

Everything in apartament looks almost new. There is everything you need: fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Beautiful view from the balcony and great hospitality of the owner.

Fantastic apartment that is very clean, fully equipped and well decorated. Hosts are very polite and helpful. The road from the beach is a bit uphill but that's not a problem. I recommend to everyone!

Excellent apartment

I am an arhitect and I loved the design of this apartment. Everything was spotless clean and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

If you are lazy, it is not the perfect location.
