The location, view and apartment were fantastic

it was dirty and vents not clean alot of dust and build up and also mould in showers and kitchen /bathroom taps all loose.

Crown Towers is in a great location with easy access to convenience stores, food and the beach. We even played putt putt in the place next door which, albeit pricey, was a lot of fun. The unit was very spacious with plenty of room for 4 adults and having the 2 bathrooms worked well for us. Plenty of seating, though the glass dining table on the balcony was quite dirty and its chairs (meant for indoors) kept blowing all over the place. Lots of windows to maximise view and we loved that there were ocean views from every room, including all 3 bedrooms. However the curtains were missing many hooks which did detract from this aspect (rectified using pegs to hold them together and reduce the gaps). The main pool was lovely, though we couldn't get a seat by the beach as it was so busy and people tend to reserve chairs! Such a shame their is no buffet brekkie in the foyer area as there has obviously been at some stage.

I didn't realise that this unit was privately let through Booking.com (could have been clearer) and the arrangements for picking up the key from the locked box did not work. I was told I would be sent the locked box no and pin the day before which never happened and then I was unable to reach Leanne on the day of our arrival. We had arrived at the hotel and were still waiting to receive details, so had to go and have a coffee somewhere while we waited for her call/message. She did finally message details, but we didn't get into our room until about 4.30pm. This was a stressful start to our holiday which could easily have been avoided. Very well equipped unit, though having a fold-up bed and big tiles (wrapped in cardboard, but seemed heavy like tiles) stored in the walk-in-wardrobe of the main bedroom was quite annoying. Really constrained access to this nice feature.

The location is fantastic, close to the beach, transport, entertainment and shops.

The unit had only lounge seating for 4 to 5 people when it is a 3 bedroom unit that you'd expect to need seating for 6. The dining chairs were uncomfortable and one was broken on arrival. The unit was not clean when we arrived. There was blood on the lounge, dirty tissues in the cupboard, sanitry pads and bottles of alcohol under the single beds and dried vomit on the carpet too. The laundry smelt terrible, there was a hand towel shoved in the drain in the laundry to over come the smell. We did have maintenance come and try to fix the foul smell in the laundry on day 2. The unit looked dated with general wear and tear. The bathroom taps dripped. The ice and water dispenser in the freezer didn't work. Crown Towers itself is a great complex but this unit was not satisfactory for the price we paid.

The resort is a bit tired but the pool facilities were wonderful. The room was spacious and comfortable, owners and cleaning staff very accommodating.

The pool cafe closes at 3pm and isn't open on Tuesdays, which was very unexpected. Worse still, it's cash only! We don't use cash these days, and who wants to be leaving cash sitting on a chair while you're swimming?? The room was run down and in need of some maintenance and updating - the carpet has seen better days and there's a damp/mildew smell in the main wardrobe. But over all it was clean and comfortable.

The view was amazing. The apartment was spacious and felt welcoming for my family

Unfortunately our room was poorly cleaned prior to our arrival. Our 11 year old found a cigarette lighter and bottle caps down the side of the couch. One of the single beds was filled with sand and the floors were dirty in the single bed room. Little things like the amount of dust on the lights, lint filter being full in the dryer were disappointing
