Welcome to Lone Brook at Oaks at Wasatch - Located at the base of the mountain between Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons; home to Solitude, Brighton, Snowbird and Alta, four of the best ski resorts in the world. This home can put you on the slopes in minutes! This 5 bedroom condo is 2,400 square feet with a great kitchen. It is made for skiers with boot dryers, ski racks, information, and easy access to the slopes. Professionally cleaned and guests are always provided fresh linens, towels, bath and kitchen essentials. The home is clean, large enough for a big group and extremely close to the Canyons to head up to Brighton or any other resort. Its on the South side of the Turnoff, which also saves time just entering the canyon! Jacuzzi was HOT! Beds were comfortable and the process of leaving was smooth and easy.

We booked a townhome for our two night stay for my sister’s funeral we were attending. We drove 12 hours to arrive at a snow covered, steep road. The road had not been plowed and we were not aware we needed a 4x4 or chains (neither of which we had). We contacted Utah’s Best and spoke to Coby who was very kind and understanding but all available properties were sold out. We were hoping to find another location that was accessible in the middle of a snow storm. We understand this was beyond their control but what was disappointing was that UBVR would not provide us a credit for the $1,000 we spent on a unit we were unable to access. We have used them before but unfortunately due to poor customer service, we will not be using them again for our future stays and we will be letting our family and friends know to not book with them in the future.

The property was nice and clean. But the furniture was old The first night bunk bed in the basement floor fell apart the second night when my daughter was sleeping on the bed third floor the bed broke apart and woke her up It was a very scary experience. Dishwasher it was very hard to open. Did not use for that reason. Needs new furniture very old already.

This place has multiple levels and is great for a large family. The driveway is a bit tight if you are bringing a few cars. It had everything you need and is such a great location. Close to Salt Lake and the canyons.

The pictures are very old, the house is really worn out. Wifi didn't work, hot tub is a cesspool, parking is a nightmare and we couldn't get into the house for a couple hours after check in time due to management snafu. Don't stay here!

Our group of 4 guys enjoyed our stay at the house for a ski trip. It was spacious and could have accomodated many more people. The location was great, with easy access to the BCC and LCC roads. The house was well equipped, and check in/out was seamless. The property management company was great to work with, and communications and instructions were clear and easy. Definitely not a lux property but we we weren't laying for that. Overall would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Great size for our group. Spacious, full kitchen, nice hot tub. The grill was out of gas, so I had to buy a new gas bottle. We had trouble with the entry code, but the property mgr took care of it quickly. Anyone looking to ski little or big cottonwood canyons should consider this location.

Good communication with rental company, house was in good condition and features were as listed. Seems like a new washer is needed, as well as more hanging and dresser storage would be helpful in a couple rooms. Hot tub worked well and generally was enough cooking supplies for a large group. Second frig in garage was helpful. Parking is a little tight, as we had three full size SUV's, which could not fit in the garage (large SUV's), so we had to park one in the community lot (not too far from house). Grocery store is only about a mile away, and several resorts are a easy drive (on weekdays). Don't miss out on going to see the Mormon Tabernacle Choir do their radio broadcast on Sunday morning! (it's free and EXCELLENT), this is not a church service, just music.

Spacious home with plenty of amenities and bedroom sleeping arrangements. Beds were very comfortable and hot tub was already heated and worked great! We had 15 guests in our party and there was plenty of space for everyone. We'd stay here again!

The unit is beautiful, clean and sleeps a lot of people. The location is great. FYI Parking is extremely difficult if you drive anything larger than a small suv - you will end up parking away from the condo and walking. There are rules and regulations not listed in the VRBO listing that will be sent after booking. Such as hot tub and back yard can’t be used after 10pm.
We found property management was not responsive.

Family of 15. Nice house plenty of beds. Back yard is way too small for large groups. Hot tub was not maintained very well. Green water was very unappealing so it wasn’t used.

The beds and pillows were comfortable, the water heaters worked great, the grandkids loved having the park so close. This home was nice for the price, but if you are planning to stay here in the summer, the upstairs is hard to keep cool.
They put a portable a/c unit in the Master Bedroom, which does help, however every 3 or 4 hours it shuts down, and an alarm goes off saying the water (that it collects from the outside air) is full. The only way to get it running again is to empty it, which requires one person to lift the entire unit (it’s not light) while another pulls the plug and drains the water, which is only about 1 cup, into a glass. This was annoying, we’d come back to the house after going out or just being down stairs and it would be shut down, the “water full” light blinking and the upstairs hot and stuffy. This was especially frustrating at night when it would be nice and cool and then it would kick off and the alarm would sound waking us up. So finally we placed a cookie sheet under the unit and just left the plug out The a/c ran beautifully, kept it cool all day and all night. We just emptied the tray morning and night and all was well.

This was perfect for our group of 8 men on a ski trip. The condo was large with plenty of space for our group. It is convenient to both Big Cottonwood and Little Cottonwood canyons. Extremely clean and well equipped.

Overall a pretty good value and great location for skiing. . Lots of room for sleeping and hot tub was nice. We would rate as 5 stars, but Wifi didn’t appear to work (and therefore no TV ), paint is peeling in the kitchen and some carpets are dirty.

First, as the title says, the location would be tough to beat - easy access to both big and little cottonwood canyons as well as close to the supermarket and restaurants. And an easy ride to Park City, etc. And the hot tub right outside the back door is great for relaxing after a hard day on the slopes.
Plenty of comfortable beds (more than enough for our group of 8) plus 3 1/2 bathrooms. The kitchen was fairly basic, but enough pot, pans, etc. to accommodate most meals.
The one drawback would be the parking situation. The garage is small; not deep enough to accommodate a suburban and not high enough to accommodate an SUV with a ski rack. And the driveway is small too. One word of caution - obey all parking instructions, the tow trucks prowl the neighborhood and are very zealous.
Overall, this was an excellent rental and made for a very fun ski vacation.

The site comfortably housed a family of 12 from ages 2 through 72. Bus stops to slopes in walking distance from from door. Snowbird only a 15 minute drive. Shopping close by ass well as some nice mid priced restaurants.
