For more excitement, take advantage of the shared pool and hot tub. When you return to home base, the free WiFi and flatscreen TV will provide you with ample entertainment as the stars come out. Sitting just a short walking distance from white sand (1/4 of a mile) the beachgoers of the group will be in paradise. For even more fun, head the opposite direction to Powell Lake to paddleboard or kayak to your heart's content. Camp Helen State Park is also a quick two-and-a-half-mile drive from your front door offering beautiful hiking trails and a unique view of the coastline! THINGS TO KNOW Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts. The Vacasa office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
