Every amenity in the home is brand-new as of July 2020... beds, linens, furniture, all kitchen items like plates, cups, knives, etc. The kitchen appliances are top of the line stainless steal Wolf appliances. The home is very well decorated and you will feel right at home!! You will have access to the clubhouse where the pool, hot tub, tennis courts and more are located. Our company does not own or operate any of the amenities or anything to do with the Clubhouse; closures, out of order, or anything of the sort are out of our control. The kitchen, dining area, living room, deck with BBQ and a half bathroom are located on the top, 3rd floor, of the condo. On the second floor is the bedroom 1, the master with a king bed and a private full bathroom. There is also bedroom 2 with a queen and bedroom 3 with a bunk of a twin on top and full on bottom. There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway. The ground floor, 1st floor, of the condo is the garage. You can access the house through the garage. Parking is very limited, you will only fit one car in the driveway and 2 cars in the garage. Do not block any part of the neighbors side of the driveway.
