Good apartment close to the beach, train station, friendly landlord

Bel appartement , une propreté irréprochable et toutes les commodités à disposition. Accueil chaleureux ! Je recommande !

Dommage que le train passe à coté. Trés belle ville.

Sehr schöne und äusserst saubere Wohnung mit kompletter Kücheneinrichtung. Lido direkt gegenüber, Stadtzentrum/Altstadt mit kurzem Fussmarsch zu erreichen. Einziger Nachteil ist der Lärm von der Bahnlinie.

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, gut ausgestattet, hell, sauber, mit bequemen Betten, gute Heizmöglichkeit Anfang April. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend. Kleiner Nachteil: Wohnung etwas hellhörig (Zug, Nachbarn, Aufzug, Baustelle). Für einen kommenden Aufenthalt in Chiavari, würden wir die Whg gerne wieder beziehen! Chiavari ist eine gemütliche Stadt, mit schöner Strandpromenade, und gutem Anschluss nach Genua und die 5 Terre. Absolut empfehlenswert: das Restaurant STORICO in der Nähe des Botanischen Gartens (schmackhafte italienische Tagesgerichte - Fisch, Fleisch, vegetarisch - gepflegte Küche, familäres Ambiente mit herzlichem Empfang).

I spend some time in mid October in this beautiful renovated apartment . What a refreshing feeling to be in a new ,clean and efficient apartment. Every item you need is there, from the espresso machine ,full kitchen, microwave, iron, hair dryer, plates corkscrew etc.etc anything you need is there.LOCATION: the apartment is on the first street near the beach. Big parking lot nearby so parking is no problem. The center of the city is few blocks away and so is the Railway Station that will bring you everywhere. I took the train to Levanto and from there I took the CINQUE TERRE train,The apartment is really big 2 bedrooms one living room with eat in kitchen and a very modern bathroom. there are 2 big beds and a single bed all very comfortable with good mattress. and a big sofa that maybe it was convertible to bed but we did not needed it.There is a balcony too.Elena the host was very professional and cordial and show us the map of the city and told us to contact her if we had any situation.By the way Chiavari is a very beautiful town and not a small village so you will never be bored it has so much to offer. Go with confidence in this apartment.. I already miss the place

Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane in questo appartamento e siamo stati completamente soddisfatti: luminoso, pulito, spazioso e confortevole. Al centro di tutto e con la sensazione di essere veramente a casa. La sig. Claudia che ci ha accolto davvero socievole e disponibile. Torneremo davvero in futuro!! Andrea da Milano
