The house is located in a quiet cul du sac and benefits from private off-road parking. There is a large well equipped family kitchen with a breakfast bar. Downstairs there is comfortable lounge dining area for the whole family to enjoy the colder nights indoors. The house is surrounded by a large garden where you can enjoy the warm summer evenings. The Space: In addition to the 4 bedrooms upstairs the house has a large entrance hall leading to the kitchen and lounge. Outside is a lovely garden space with private hot tub and where BBQ's can be enjoyed during the summer holidays. The Neighborhood: Caister on Sea is a nice village just north of Great Yarmouth. It is very peaceful and a popular holiday destination. There are several local pubs, restaurants and all amenities are nearby. The beautiful beach is the main attraction and an ideal starting point for these lovely beach walks to Hemsby, Winterton or Great Yarmouth. Other Things to Note: The costs for the use of the hot tub of £20 per night are not included in the reservation. Interaction with Guests: The property can be accessed any time of day.
