The home is clean, spacious and fully equipped with a bath, washing and cooking facilities, TV’s and lots of local amenities.

Exceptionally clean and well-equipped. Great communication from hospitable and very helpful landlord.
Location was in a quite run-down area. There is a £100 cleaning deposit by bank transfer to the landlord. It was returned but as it is direct, it worried me as it didn't seem entirely safe, and there would have been no-one to arbitrate had there been a dispute over the return of the deposit.

Everything needed was supplied. Beverages, fruit, orange juice and even wine was supplied. The house was warm and comfortable. The accommodations would be perfect for a young family.
As there was no upstairs toilet, this accommodation is not ideal for the elderly, that is the only problem we had as three of us were 70+

Property it’s self was clean & everything you could possibly need was there could not as wished for more .
The area so really bad . Most houses were boarded up lots of drinkers in the street from 8 am . Next door neighbors we in a domestic relationship. Was not what you won’t your children & ourself to have to listen to .

The house is of a modern design new looking kitchen & bathroom. It's like a tardis looks small on the outside but very large on the inside. Has a medium sized garden all patio with table and chairs and BBQ. All rooms tactfully decorated all beds made towels in bedrooms.even had some toiletry and kitchen stocked with refreshments and some tinned food. On road parking and very helpful neighbors. We(myself, daughter and 3 grandkids) had a very pleasant stay, play parks nearby and a short drive to Cleethorpes beach and amusements.
Could do with a handrail on the first 3 stairs otherwise loved it.

The house had everything you need.
The arrangement with the collection of keys was unfortunate and needs to be planned better, luckily the cleaner let us in or we would of been in the rain for 4 hours with no access.

John couldnt have been more accomodating, was on hand for anything we needed. House was perfect and beds were comfortable. Couldnt fault anything. Will definetly be staying again.

Nice clean house, all mod cons. Fridge freezer, washer, drier, oven, hob,microwave, toaster, slow cooker, utensils etc. Iron, hover. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very clean. Cleethorpes sea front 5 minutes away. Grimsby town 5 minutes away. Heritage center worth a visit. Garden is secure with family table and bench's. One of the nicest places I have stayed.

Very clean. Seating was a little sparse for 7 people to sit together but moved a small settee from dining room into living room and it was all ok. Comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms.
All the necessary appliances in good clean condition. Very pleasant place to stay.

Can't say nothing bad about my stay i had in this lovely house, me and 5 friends stayed here for the weekend, everything close you need, shops, pubs, restaurant etc. 5 min in car from old Cleethorpes. Had a excellent stay here and deffo will return in the near future.
