Absolutely spotlessly clean snd the owner was really lovely. She came to give us the key and stayed until I had inspected the caravan and was happy with everything. The chip shop on site was an added bonus, reasonable and everything freshly cooked when you order.

There was everything we needed provided in the caravan, so nothing to dislike. The site itself could be better, the lighting at nights is extremely poor.

Clean, spacious and great value

Only slight problem was not being able to park directly outside the caravan as we had 3 elderly people in our group but was only a very short walk to the car so no big deal

Caravan is very spacious and confortable. Everything was clean and we really enjoyed the stay. Clacton On Sea is just 5 minutes away by car and a near by parking spot available.

Really friendly owners who greeted us on arrival and took us to the caravan. The caravan was very clean and spacious perfect for 6 people. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with ample kitchen and living space. The location is great with an easy bus or even the spin scooters into clacton town centre or a short drive from other nearby beaches. Lots of takeaways/restaurants and supermarkets very close. Would definitely recommend.

Cleanliness of the caravan - people were friendly.

We didn't like being turned away from the clubhouse as it was full - this ought to have been pointed out before passes were purchased - or we should have been advised on what time to get to the clubhouse when buying the passes. We were only at the park for the weekend so basically wasted our money on passes that couldn't be used.

Easy going, relaxed, clean and comfortable.
