Lovely breakfast, freshly made. Very generous servings in a very pleasant and clean dining environment. The room was incredibly nice - really modern and spacious, beautifully decorated. Great bathroom.

Está todo nuevo y decorado con mucho gusto y mimo. Todo está muy limpio y la dueña es muy amable. Está muy céntrico pero no se oye ni un ruido. La ropa de cama es una maravilla, de fibras naturales y las toallas gruesas y mullidas. Dormimos en la gloria. El desayuno es correcto, había cafe y tés, unas mermeladas caseras espectaculares, cruassans y un pan muy rico, también fruta, yogures y una tabla de quesos aunque nosotros echamos de menos los huevos, las salchichas o algún tipo de fiambre o embutidos.
Nos quedamos sorprendidos al ver que el segundo día cuando llegamos después de estar visitando la zona la habitación estaba tal cual la dejamos por la mañana, es decir, la cama sin hacer y el baño sin limpiar. No dijimos nada porque era tarde y estábamos cansados, pensamos que tal vez son normas de la casa que no sabíamos, aunque habíamos estado en Francia en otros establecimientos de estas características y sí que hicieron la cama y limpiaron el baño cada día y por eso nos extrañó. Este es el detalle que impidió que la estancia fuera totalmente perfecta y se quedará en casi perfecta.
Por otra parte si sois de los gusta pedir sushi o una pizza para cenar en la habitación que sepáis que está totalmente prohibido comer en las habitaciones aunque leyendo las normas entendimos que se puede picar algo en la zona de comedor.

This was a marvellous experience for us. The house is so close to the main centre of historic Pezenas that you can leave the car outside the door and walk everywhere. The room is very nicely presented with a big comfortable bed and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was cheeses, juices, and fresh pastries as well as cereals if needed. And the pool was perfect for a dip out of the heat. We would recommend this lovely place.
That we couldn’t stay longer! Otherwise nothing!

What an amazing hidden gem! The hosting and accommodation were beyond expectations and it felt like a calming sanctuary away from the busier town. The pool and room were perfect and the air con was perfect!

An absolute treat. The property has parking right at the door and lift right inside. Very very convenient. The property was spotless clean and very fresh. The host is the nicest we have ever come across. she gave us very detailed instructions, greeted us, told us everything to do in the city, the restaurants and even gave us directions with gps coordinates. had a beautifully set and tasty breakfast. she also offered homemade yummy brownies. it was an absolute delight to have stayed at the place. if you are reading this review because you are considering it, don’t think twice. This place is an absolute delight and it will exceed your expectations.

There were so many things to like about this property. Laure is an exceptional host. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are very comfortable, breakfast is light, but lovely. Laure’s family ifs beautiful and welcoming and her staff is great! It was great to be able to prepare a light dinner and enjoy it on the patio. Laure went above and beyond even taking us to the bus the day we left since taxis are very hard to come by.

A place full of love with an amazing attention to detail! Right in the heart of the city of Pézenas and yet you’re sleeping in the calm of the countryside. The best shower/bathroom that welcomes you after a stroll in the old town, a bed with linen and sheets to make you feel like home (or better) and a breakfast prepared with care to get you going the next day. If you want to feel home, cosy and pampered, don’t miss this fabulous place!

Maison 1634 is a beautiful B&B in the centre of Pezenas. The room was very spacious and very nicely decorated. The bed is big and very comfortable. It's very quiet (also a silent airconditioning). There is even a selection of pillows!
There is a small pool and we loved sitting there because it was very hot!
Breakfast is very good...good variety of products and fresh orange juice to start the day on the lovely terrace! We really appreciated the little homemade extra's for breakfast.
Laure was a very friendly and helpful host!

This is a stunning place to stay.
Laure’s eye for tasteful design and attention to detail has resulted in a superb renovation of this lovely property in a historic area of Pezenas.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the facilities are first class and the continental breakfast on the terrance is a memory we’ll cherish and Laure is a great host, very kind, thoughtful and approachable with her guests.
Lovely classy B&B, fantastic host family in a wonderful French location…we’ll defiantly be back!

Perfect hosts with excellent communication and directions. Impeccable taste in decoration. Spotless, modern facilities in a terrific location. Delicious and plentiful breakfast. You cannot go wrong staying here!

The room was wonderful, very comfortable. The bathroom was new and exceptionally clean as well as the kitchen area. The bed was beautifully made up with lovely fresh linen. We did not use the parking but it was available and easy to find. The location is central to everything in the town.
We would have enjoyed two armchairs to sit rather than only one and an English TV channel in the evening.
