Very nice common areas can handle multiple group activities at once. Excellent parking. Easy to get to. Property manager is easy to work with.
The only down sides are minor. Noise carries very well through the house and there are LOTS of stairs.

The house is in a perfect location- walking distance to trails, the lake and very close to shopping and restaurants. The lay out is nice and there is ample room to spread out. We enjoyed the lake view from the gazebo.

It was a birthday celebration with my family and friends, 6 adults and 5 children. The kitchen is well equipped. Kids loved running around the yard, we could still watch them from the kitchen while cooking or playing card games. The location is perfect that we could shop groceries, visit Granie Bay, Natoma Lake within 15 minutes. Benny is an amazing host. Highly recommend this place!

My group needed a large home to accommodate us, and this property fit the bill. Lots of rooms, great seating areas and places for us to chat, large kitchen with everything you might need. Benny was an excellent host, communicative and accommodating to our special request. Thank you for a great weekend!

Benny is a wonderful host and very responsive to special requests. The house is well supplied and family friendly. There are fold up tables and chairs to help expand meal sitting when all want to eat at once at a table. We had 14 in our group. There are excellent markets nearby and plenty of restaurants where you can get take out to bring to the house--handy when you first arrive. We truly enjoyed our stay.

It is a great location? A little hard to find at first but perfect for a group. Plenty of room for everyone. Only negative is need more silverware for dining a group that large and with 15 women we ran out of toilet paper in two bathrooms and didn’t find two rolls until the last morning. Needs to be more in each bathroom. (If you have a house full of women anyway!)

The house is clean when we check in and smells really fresh
We celebrated my moms 80th bday inside the house
And we did a lot of photo shoots outside the house which is perfect for a large group like us
They have a very bighouse and very big area where the kids enjoyed running and playing water balloon’s after our family pictorial
Cery nice location , 5 minutes from stores abd supermarkets
And to top it all the host Benny was an excellent host
I will recommend this highly for big families
and we might rent it back as soon as possible

We liked the property and it was ideal for our needs - a family reunion. Although the property is close to a busy road there was no traffic noise from inside the house. The location of the property is good; the historic centre of Folsom is interesting and we can recommend Karen's Bakery for a coffee or lunch. Lake Folsom adjoins the property but we were a little disappointed by the facilities there - it is excellent for boating and cycle trails but not so good for beaches and for swimming.

Very spacious & clean house, and quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance to Folsom lake, boating area. Short drive to the beach area.
It has enough space for our whole family of various ages. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of stores nearby in case you forgot to bring some items. Host was kind & quick to respond. Easy check in & check out.

Perfect location! close to stores, Folsom Lake and restaurants. The best part of the house is there were bedrooms on 3 different floors. The children were able to go to bed early upstairs, the older people were able to stay on the main floor and the ones who wanted to sleep in slept downstairs.

The place is great. It’s vast and close to a lot of other places. So many things to do without driving too far. The house is clean and beautiful. Benny, the host, is very responsive and understanding.

Enjoyed my stay, everything was as pictured. The fireplace didn’t work which was disappointing and the top bunk beds needs to be tighter otherwise everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend and I will probably return myself.

Celebrated Thanksgiving with the whole family.
We loved the spacious kitchen where the whole family bonded preparing food, we hanged out most of the time in the living room playing card games, watched netflix movie, the house logistics was awesome as they have several extra folding tables and folding chairs. It was a very relaxing weekend. Too many positive things about the property to mention here.

Celebrated Thanksgiving with the whole family.
We loved the spacious kitchen where the whole family bonded preparing food, we hanged out most of the time in the living room playing card games, watched netflix movie, the house logistics was awesome as they have several extra folding tables and folding chairs. It was a very relaxing weekend. Too many positive things about the property to mention here.

Benny responds very quickly and place is very nice. Close to Folsom lake and kids enjoyed the place and played a lot in the huge place next to house.

Family get away
This property was perfect for our family get away!! Benny was very accommodating and even let us check in early to drop our luggage. The house was exactly like the pictures and was very spacious for our family. It was a quiet neighborhood and accessible to tons of shopping and grocery stores.. we will definitely be returning!!

Our family had a wonderful time at the house. The house had everything we needed, it was close to everything. The house was clean and spacious. It was perfect!!! The host was very easy to work with and communicate with. I'd love to stay here again.

The Folsom house suited our family perfectly, it was relaxed enough so that we weren't on pins and needles worrying about it the whole time with our large robust family!
The house is close to the American River, Natoma Lake, and Granite Bay which we enjoyed.
Overall I think this is the perfect place for a large family, lots of room to play games indoors and out. The big kitchen was a bonus for cooking all our meals.
