This was our second stay in Edinburgh and the location of this apartment was so much better than the apartment we stayed in previously! We made multiple walking excursions from the apartment to the Dean’s Village, the Princes St gardens, the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace. The apartment was more than comfortable for 4 grown adults and the host was super helpful when we reached out with questions! I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in May 2023. The location for us was ideal, better than we realized when we booked the flat. Everything is within walking distance. Several city buses run nearby, literally 2 minutes from the flat by foot. When we arrived the flat was cleaned and ready early for us because the previous occupants left a day early. That was an unexpected bonus! The space is as described. We found it lovely and roomy. We loved the tall ceilings and windows, crown molding and wanescoting. The view out the back windows is stunning! We used the kitchen extensively. It had everything we needed. One thing of note was that the non-stick pans were all in good shape. We have found in vacation rentals this is generally not the case. The other thing the flat has are heavy internal shutters that do a great job keeping out the light (in spring and summer the sky starts to turn light around 3AM, with a 5AM sunrise - it’s at 59 degrees latitude). They also keep the heat in. In May, the weather is cool, but the flat was comfortable. We found the owner very responsive to inquiries from the time of booking to arrival, and she also gave us the name of the property manager who was nearby when we arrived so she gave us a personal overview of the property, which was helpful because the appliances are a little different than they are in the US. We highly recommend this beautiful Edinburgh flat! It was a home away from home during our wonderful time in Edinburgh.

We were in Edinburgh for a week prior to my daughter’s wedding. Family and friends were gathering from around the world. We were very comfortable, and the location was great for tourism, restaurants and an Usher Hall concert! Katherine was particularly helpful. Thank you.

We loved the flat! Convenient location, airy, comfy, and cozy. Host was great with communicating and let us into the flat early, which we really appreciated because we had luggage. Would absolutely stay again!

This apartment was great. It was bigger than we thought and had perfect space for two couples. The location was perfect walking distance to most of the city center. We would love to stay here again.
