Experience mountain living and Ketchum lifestyle in this rustic comfort retreat. It is very easy to love the location and walkability to town and the mountain and the feel of the aspens and pines that surround the private deck. The private third floor master en suite and second floor living over the two car garage and laundry room showcase thoughtful design and utility. We have tennis and pickle ball rackets that can be used at the tennis and pickle ball courts at nearby Atkinson's Park (walk or drive with spacious parking). The interior design and furnishings create a special sense of warmth and quiet pleasure. In this small but efficient living area the space allows for multiple conversation areas, a work nook, or group interactions. All can enjoy the cozy feel and mountain vibe that surrounds.

We stayed for a week and had an amazing time. Communication was excellent and the location (right on the bike path) was perfection. We had a group of five and easily could have added a sixth comfortably. Everything we needed was on hand - I’d highly recommend!

Nice Condo, Terrific Owner, and a Great Location
The condo is very comfortable with a nice sized master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms. We were just four adults and benefited from the third bedroom space for ski clothing, suit cases, etc... given there is limited closet and dresser space. It's great to have a garage to utilize and washer and dryer for ski clothing maintenance. The owner(s) are terrific to work with! Location near River Run ski base is great and you can walk to the lifts in 10 minutes or utilize the local bus service.

Lovely
Jenny and Greg are truly wonderful hosts who have thought of every detail for their guests. The condo is fully stocked, tastefully decorated, and located conveniently within walking distance to River Run and the bike path. Very comfortable beds, a spacious garage, and in-unit washer/dryer all make this a terrific rental for a short- or long-term stay. It was a pleasure to work with Jenny, and my family would definitely stay here again!
