The views were wonderful. The tennis courts//pickleball courts and people were great. The things available to use was inviting. I just wasn't impressed by the shower.

My husband and I love coming to the gulf. After the holidays we needed and beautiful relaxing time away. We loved the views from every window, the walks along the walking trail, fishing in the lagoon and kayaking into the sunset. Highly recommend this property.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Hudson hopefully back soon.

First off the place is beautiful exceptionally clean maria was great Totally enjoyed our stay we have stayed there before with old owner Maria bought it and renovated it with class We will be going back for as long as we can thank you again maria

Maria has definitely thought of everything, and our stay was so nice! Very clean, gorgeous views, quiet and off the beaten path. We stayed in Hudson because you get more for your money, and it's a reasonable drive to Clearwater, Caladesi Island and more. There are several good local restaurants. We kayaked on the Weeki Wachee River which is a MUST DO. The water is beautiful and clear. We would absolutely recommend this condo. Loved the nature walk around the lagoon, and we saw sting rays, dolphins and manatees just a few feet from shore. The view of the sunset is gorgeous.

This property had everything we could ask for! The views are breathtaking and the condo has been upgraded beautifully. Maria had thought of every little detail and was so thoughtful. My husband and I couldn’t have had a better time! We will be back!

I can't say enough about this one! It was exactly as online. Maria the owner was so nice. I spoke with her on the phone before we ever went. She found out it was our wedding anniversary. When we arrived she had a happy anniversary banner, bouquet of flowers , bottle of iced champagne and a box of chocolates for us !!! Who does that? Maria does. She was so nice and easy to deal with. Her condo is amazing. The water views are fantastic and the rooftop patio is the perfect place to watch the amazing sunsets over the ocean! It was quite and that's just what we wanted. The pool was wonderful. We even got to attend a summer kickoff party with a DJ and lots of new people. Maria thinks of EVERYTHING! Most places you have to provide all your little things Iike detergent and such. It was literally like being in her home their was not a thing we needed to buy other than food. She even had a basket in bathroom with anything you might have forgot and even stuff you didn't know you needed. You can't go wrong with this condo. Water views from every window in the place. Penthouse living was definitely for me. We loved it! Thanks again Maria. The only thing I would add is a electric grill. Grilling 9 stories below is very difficult. Trying to get ot all down and back ip.wad a Hassel.

We love this unit because of the amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico on three sides of us, the wonderful patio, the great restaurants close by, and the comfort of the condominium. The owner has redone the unit and it is beautiful! She lives close by and is always available if we have a question or concern. The area surrounding the unit is quiet and the people staying there are so friendly. We saw many manatees and dolphins from our unit in the lagoon below. We’ve stayed here before and will be back. My husband and I stayed at this property for 8 nights and LOVED it! The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. The location of the condo is perfect. It overlooks the gulf on both balconies which made for relaxing mornings with coffee watching the birds and dolphins. The pool area is clean and relaxing also. We love to take long walks, and the neighborhood around the condos is great for walking. Many great local eateries close by and a delightful ice cream shop. Maria is a wonderful hostess and truly makes you feel welcome. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Lovely condo, views wonderful. My only suggestion would be some kind of shade/blind on bedroom slider. Mattress a bit uncomfortable if you have a bad back.

This place is a gem, that I hate to give such a positive review because then it will be booked up so much we wont be able to get a date saved to come back. The view from the deck is relaxing and majestic. Plus 190 degrees of that view you also have relaxing from your bed every morning. The property is clean, fresh and new. It felt like home so much we looked into buying a unit someday. There is a nice open floor plan for the living room, dining room and kitchen. The bedroom flows nice to the bathroom with a double sink and separate doorway for guests as well. The overall property has beautiful walking paths we enjoyed daily. Although a smidge of a drive from the Tampa airport, it was a snap. If you drive or get a rental there is garage parking on property as part of the unit rental which was phenomenal. Only downside of our stay was little closet space to hang our clothes for the wedding we attended but hey maybe we packed too much. Overall we loved it and will be coming back.

Quiet, well appointed home away from home! Marias' condo is a quaint well decorated, very clean home with views that go on forever on 3 sides. The shower is amazing, recently renovated in a beautiful tile and new showerhead with great water pressure. Nest control for A/C. Three sets of sliding glass doors that bring in the light and views. Beautiful light tile floors and gorgeous countertops. 72" Remote control fan in the living room cools its down really fast over the beautiful full size couch and love seat set. Sail fan over the bed kept us cool as well. Plenty of dresser drawers to store our clothes, the closet was a little tight for hanging. There was a small desk my husband worked from as well as the dining table. We could not have asked for more when we wanted a quiet place with water views to get away from our stress at home which was just 45 minutes away. Maria was excellent from the beginning and provided anything we needed along the way. We met great homeowners during our stay and made lots of friends that we hope to see again when we return. The condo has everything you need from shampoos, lotions, beach towels, beach toys, kayaks, kitchen is fully stocked, full size fridge, full size dining table and plenty of dinnerware. Internet was great! Living room boasts a full size tv with cable and is mirrored in the bedroom. A gorgeous view from the covered lanai with a highbar set to watch the dolphins daily and the boats go by, joined by a larger sun deck full of seating and a dining set. The pool is large, saltwater and heated, cleaned meticulously daily with plenty of seating for sun and shade, with a great view! We enjoyed the nature walk out to the peninsula (bug spray is necessary) when the tide was out and the turtle nest that is being protected was a highlight. We cooked in every day so I can't give an opinion of food but plenty of our friends ordered for delivery and had no issues. There is a guard gate and you must call the gate to get entrance for your delivery or guests which is an added sense of security. You also enjoy a covered garage parking space, an elevator to the 8th floor penthouse and carts to help you get your luggage up there. The grounds are well maintained, the building is in great shape and we felt very safe there! I highly recommend staying here, we will make this our staycation home for the future. The unit was small and in the process of renovation but we were aware of that from the beginning. The large roof top semi-private patio (larger than the actual unit) separates this condo from most of the others. That and being on the 8th floor which provided the main attraction ......... THE VIEW!!!

Lovely, clean property with everything we needed. Great correspondence with host. Keyless entry. Very comfortable queen size bed. Place settings, coffee cups, drinking cups, and silverware provided. Attractive, serene decor. Great shower and water pressure. We enjoyed the gated Community. It was so quiet! The photos do not do the property and its views justice. The owner, Maria, thought of everything. If you forgot anything ( tooth brush, deodorant, sunscreen, Aloe vera for sunburns, etc.) she had it in a welcome basket. a Dozen cold waters were waiting for us in the fridge.She was worried we would be dissatisfied that condo was "under renovations" this translated to the base boards missing. I'm jealous of the next renter as I am sure the bathroom reno will be completed by then. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. Maria is my new best friend!
