Situated in Western Addition, this charming cottage for R 5,086 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Stay in a quiet garden cottage, in a very safe neighborhood in the middle of SF, accessible to all major sights. Elegant kitchen, designer glass and tile bathroom, exotic wood floors, very comfortable beds. Walk to the famous "Painted Ladies" of Alamo Square! Live like a local and eat at stylish cafes and restaurants. Your own parking spot out front is a rare convenience. The space The unit consists of an entire two level cottage, with partial views of Twin Peaks and Sutro Tower. Total size is approximately 1000 sq. ft. (92 sq. m.) The downstairs is open plan with gourmet kitchen, dining table with chairs, queen sofa bed, large TV and full bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus one full bathroom. Amenities include: * full modern kitchen * dishwasher * free outdoor parking in front * two new, very comfortable queen beds * sofa downstairs, opens to queen bed * air mattress for a extra guest (it will be a tight fit and a little uncomfortable) * exotic wood floors * large windows, great light * two full bathrooms, modern glass and tile * tub with double saloon glass shower * professionally cleaned before each visit * sheets, towels, and soaps provided * high speed wi-fi, cellular/3G/4G, strong signal * TV with Netflix and Roku * private entrance with access code - no keys to lose! * bike storage: off-street safe and secure * shared laundry room: free washer, dryer, and detergent! * luggage storage for early arrival, late departure * breakfast: many cafes and restaurants a few blocks away Guest access The entire cottage is yours. We shared laundry room (we use it once per week). Other things to note PLEASE be extremely quite outdoors, as we live in a very quiet residential neighborhood and we don't want to disturb the neighbors. Early or late check-in or check-out: We have a secure laundry room to store your luggage if you arrive before check-in time or depart after check-out time. I will email you the access code for the the door locks so you can come and go at any hour. There are no physical keys to lose. Free Laundry: Washer and dryer are provided free of charge. We share this laundry and we use it once per week. License number (N/A - No short term stays) This unit is a rental unit subject to the San Francisco Rent Ordinance, which limits evictions without just cause, and which states that any waiver by a tenant of their rights under the Rent Ordinance is void as contrary to public policy. A one year rental term is offered to all tenants.

This is a nice sunny spot with a lovely shared patio. The location is amazing in NOPA. Great restaurants from walking distance. Wonderful grocery store on Divisadero. The hosts were more then delightful. They went beyond and above in being helpful. It also has laundry site on property.

Russ was such a great host. He is kind and a great communicator. He was mindful of our needs during the stay and was very responsive. The inside of the cottage is decorated well and comfortable. Thank you Russ!

We spent a month at Lone Mountain for the birth of grandchild. The location was great - close to our family but also grocery shopping and parks. With COVID, we did not take advantage of the many restaurants close by, but did do some takeout. Our 2 year old grandchild spent several days a week with us and really enjoyed playing on the patio. The beds were super comfortable - something you don’t always find in a vacation rental. The location in the backyard of the main property made for more privacy from the street and the two floors made the unit feel larger. The kitchen and bathrooms were very updated and nice. Russ was very responsive to our questions. We would certainly stay at Lone Mountain again for an extended trip to San Francisco.
