Positioned in the heart of pedestrian-focused Seacrest, this studio unit offers the perfect accommodation for 2 looking for a quick getaway. This unit is a dream location for any foodie with unique southern coastal cuisine on their bucket list, as you are steps away from La Cocina, Pizza by the Sea, Wild Olives, Pescado, La Crema, and Forbes 4-Star Havana Beach Bar & Grill inside The Pearl. Deeded beach access and trolley service offers the exclusivity travelers love when visiting the Village of South Walton.* The Village Towne Centre features unique boutique kiosks designed to provide a full array of activities and items which maximize leisure for all beachgoers. Bike or walk to the area's famous Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach, both of which surround the Village of South Walton. *Trolley service unavailable Nov 1 through Feb 28/29. If you are renting dates from March 1 to October 31 it is HIGHLY recommended that you secure beach chair service through Seacrest's exclusive vendor, La Dolce Vita, soon after booking to ensure you have reserved space on the beach. On their site, select 30A South Walton then select The Villas at Sunset Beach and Seacrest Beach (your beach is Seacrest). They will request our address to reserve your chairs which will be found on your rental agreement after booking. We do not provide beach chairs or other beach gear as we cannot guarantee space on this private beach. INTERNET DISCLAIMER: All of our properties are equipped with the fastest internet service provided within their respective areas, and we utilize routers which allow us to monitor their status remotely. In the event internet service is intermittent or completely lost and the issue is determined to be caused by the service provider, there is simply nothing we can do besides wait for service to be restored and forward you updates directly from the service provider. There will be no compensation to guests in the event internet service is intermittent or completely lost due to the service provider. If you are traveling for business and internet makes or breaks your visit, we recommend that you bring your own hotspot. Accommodates 2 1 King Bed **Minimum age to rent is 25. I had a quick girls’ trip with my very best friend. Since it was just the 2 of us, we decided on a studio right in the middle of Seacrest/Rosemary. It was amazing! Very clean & cozy. The proximity to restaurants was perfect. We even biked to the Hub. The beach access was a quick bike ride up the road where we locked up our bikes & walked across the street to the entrance in the gated community. It was beautiful. Everything about this quick trip was perfect. Thanks for making our stay so cozy!

This was a very cute and cozy place. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. It’s above shops and restaurants and a short walk to downtown Rosemary and the beach. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

We stayed at this property for a wedding we attended. The location was great in relation to the beach and to the wedding itself. The property manager gave very specific instructions about everything which was helpful. But it would have been nice/helpful if they included that if you arrive early you would not be able to go to the beach without a wrist band. Having never been to this part of Florida before we had no idea about the exclusivity of the beach and it should state early arrivals need to enter at the public beach access. The bath tub did not drain well and the air conditioner leaked onto the floor below it dampening our stuff, and some black dirt/debris came out of the air conditioner too. We still enjoyed our stay and thought the property was overall clean and nice. Would recommend others to stay here as well.

I liked the location. There was parking available. Beach access is a little out of the way but not bad. The only thing I didn’t like was the excessive check-out instructions. I don’t think I should be practically cleaning the condo if I’m also paying a high cleaning fee.

The property was great with one exception. The windows need blackout shades to darken the room at night. Also shades that adjust from the top would allow light plus privacy.

Getaway
Property was great and in a perfect location - right in between Rosemary and Alys. This condo is showing some age, but overall was in good shape. Only complaint is the hot water heater - it was impossible to take two consecutive showers without running out of hot water.

Great little apartment!
My daughter and I stayed here for fall break, and has a wonderful time! The communication with property owner was exceptional! The only feedback I have for others staying is there isn’t a freezer, so plan food accordingly. Ice is a commodity, so plan on buying ice!

We stayed from Monday-Saturday and had the best time. The location made everything so easy and accessible. The property was perfect for the two of us and any issues we had were fixed through text communication that was immediate even late the night we got there. One of the best, most relaxing vacations I've had.

The place was nice and the area had lots of places to walk and bike to. Lots of great restaurants! We did have trouble with the internet m, but the area is kind of slow with internet in general. Only complaint for us because we had to work while we were here.

We loved the location, decor, and comfort of the property. The Property Manager was easy to work with and communication was great as well. This property had everything we needed for our stay. We hope to return again next year.

It was perfect for our 3 night stay. Close enough to walk to the beach and everything you need in the common area.

Beautiful condo and excellent location. Only con: We were charged extra for dirty linens- part of the charges were warranted however part were not. There was makeup left on 2 towels, which we were charged for. I suggest launder your linens prior to departure to avoid excessive charges

Great location and room
Great place to stay, brought the bikes but didn’t need them to get to beach since it’s a short walk, hate that the weather was rainy but had plenty of others actives and shops to see nearby. Pool area nice and easy access just keep your armbands with you, parking can be tight at checkin time so you may have to wait till dinner time to get a good spot but I was always able to park on the property with all the spring breakers in the area

Everything was as expected! Clean, enough room for 2 adults & 2 children. Our only issue was the hot water didn’t last long enough for a shower.

Not a scary Property Management Company!
Sometimes when you stay at a rental that is managed by a property management company, it's really easy to feel like a commodity as the renter once you have paid. But Liv was the exact opposite, being able to engage with them via text, phone and email was a flexibility dream. I literally texted and called for all of our arrangements and inquires!
The space was the perfect bang for the buck, it was overly nice for the price point. The king bed was high and plush just like you want. The couch had a pull-out cushion that married with the chaise and ended up about the size of a full bed. Could've easily done two kids on it or another couple if you weren't looking for privacy. We actually left it pulled out the entire stay because it was like a day bed when watching the tv.
We used the wine fridge for keeping our leftovers cool for snacks. The location was great, a quick 5 min walk to Barrett Square in Rosemary Beach with food and boutique shopping. Easy driving to and from all the places we wanted to go. We spent hours each day just walking around Rosemary Beach.
It did have beach gear we didn't use any of that, we also didn't use the pool (the ocean is literally across the street). Parking at the complex was easy each day. It felt like a very recently newly remodeled unit, not a negative but just come with some quirks that will go away, once it gets lived in more. That lived-in feeling is my personal aesthetic for rentals it. Like for example, there were no hangers in the closet, nothing to rest a suitcase on or the big woven blanket was shedding fibers everywhere because it was new.
The only thing I would add to this space is a console moment or desk under the tv. So that there would've been a proper place to sit down at a computer for work or looking at which beach to go to next.

Perfect little hide away!
Comfortable, quiet, easy to park the car and walk or bike to surrounding towns (Rosemary Bch and Alys Bch). Check in process and communication throughout our stay was spot on. We will definitely stay with Liv Vacations again.

This was a great lil place for a short weekend getaway. Location was fabulous. Right in the middle of all of the shopping and restaurants. Would stay again.

Romantic Getaway
Just as pictured, Beautiful, Clean, and very comfortable king bed! The attention to detail and exquisite taste made this weekend getaway so much more than just a quick vacation it was relaxing romantic stay for my husband and I! You will not be disappointed here!!!!❤️
