About this house rental
Located in Depoe Bay, this lovely house for R 4,650 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Stay at The Quarterdeck in Depoe Bay for your next flexcation! This beautiful family and dog-friendly home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, that boasts of the comforts for a relaxing getaway. Sleeps up to 10. The home has been fully remodeled and refurnished with all new appliances, fixtures, tile, hardwood, carpet, and decking. There are 3 levels for spreading out and finding your own comfortable place. The entry level has a utility area with washer and dryer. The spacious garage easily converts into a large, open activity room with a Ping Pong table, Dartboard, Corn Hole, Giant tower game, and seating area. The 2nd level is open concept with kitchen, dining, living room, and half-bath. It has a gas fireplace and a large smart TV. The couch has a pull-out queen sleeper. The bedding is stored in the ottoman. There are 2 twin size cots available with bedding stored in the garage. We also include amenities for your dog(s) (raised dog bed, dog blankets, food/water bowls, 2 dog kennels)! The 2nd level also has a deck with comfortable seating, gas fire table, and gas BBQ (note that the furniture is moved to the garage during the winter months). 3 cozy bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. The master suite has a luxurious king bed, bathroom (toilet and shower), and an office space with a printer. The two other bedrooms have queen beds. All bedrooms feature wall-mounted smart TV's, large closets, and beautiful bedding. This floor also has a main bathroom (toilet, shower/soaking tub), and a reading area. The outdoor area contains a small, fenced dog run (note: we are working on this area). This house is within a block of ocean views and an 8-10 minute walk to the World's Smallest Navigable Depoe Bay Harbor and boardwalk. What's nearby: For a beach day, make the short five mile drive in either direction to Fogarty State Park to the North or Beverly Beach to the South. Sand toys and beach towels are available. Lincoln City is just 14 miles to the north, where you can visit the various outlet stores, go antiquing, or to the Casino. Newport is 11 miles to the south, where you can visit Historic Nye Beach or the Yaquina Head Lighthouse at the Yaquina Head Outstanding Natural Area. Plus, if you brought the boat along, a public boat ramp is conveniently located just two blocks from home base! There are also several charter companies right on the boardwalk! Things to know: 10% discount for 7 days or more Free High Speed Internet Full kitchen with many amenities Dog-friendly Three vehicles can park at this home. The dog cost is $50 per stay (up to 3 dogs total). No charge for service dogs. Parking Notes: 2 vehicles can park under the carport and one parallel park (off the asphalt) in front of the garage or inside the garage. Large size vehicles can also park at the north side of the house. The Damage Waiver fee covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Exactly as represented. Kitchen is definitely fully stocked and we cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner! Beds are comfortable with extra pillows and blankets provided. It was the perfect location for our family of 10!

My wife and I work remotely and needed to be out of our house for the week for some renovations. Quarterdeck was super clean and exactly what we needed. The high speed internet was great. After work each day, we would head out to do some whale watching. Only issue was the “fenced yard.” It is just a very narrow strip of weeds. Our dog loves her walks so this was not a problem but wanted to point out for future renters.

It was great, the house has everything you need to cook and relax. It is also located perfectly between Lincoln City and Newport, so we were able to visit all of our favorite spots! We would definitely stay there again!

This was a cute house that has a very well thought out layout and so many details they have thought of to make the stay nice. Really enjoyed each part of the house--the living room was great to hang out in, the patio was great on a sunny day and the garage was fun for ping pong! It wasn't a problem for us, but I would call out the stairs--there are a lot :) But it is a beautiful and comfortable home and would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay because everyone was comfortable and we did have anything missing. House was clean, spacious and relaxing. Minor complaints is that there should more sleeping pillow options. Other than that everything was great!

This place was amazing. It is a very nice 3 story home close by the ocean and within walking distance of downtown Depoe Bay, Oregon. We enjoyed all of the amenities at this very well kept home. There was plenty of off-street parking in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t have to worry about anything because the owners of this vacation rental thought of everything. We will definitely be back.

This place is awesome. They have a super cool game room with darts, ping pong, and corn hole. A massive kitchen with everything you need, and spacious rooms. Our party of 7 had a blast. Also the alarm on the smoke detector was beeping because of a dead battery and the owners drove right over to fix it! They were super nice and accommodating.

The Quarterdeck has everything you need for a fun and relaxing getaway to the coast ... and then some! The owners have thought of everything for both people and dogs. The property is inviting and comfortable and in a nice, walkable neighborhood. We highly recommend The Quarterdeck!

Family getaway
The home is very nice & clean. The stairs had a retractable gate which was perfect for my 2 yr old granddaughter. The game room was perfect for the entire family the kids loved playing darts & ping pong. The kitchen had everything you needed & more. The bedrooms & bathrooms were immaculate. Our favorite was the great room, we had enough room for everyone to watch a movie or sit around he large table for meals. It is also a plus that you can bring your furry family members. I originally was going to bring my 2 dogs but decided last minute not to. Due to their age and it would of been difficult due to the stairs. Overall this home is a wonderful place to stay.

We’ve stayed in many rentals in the USA and in other countries and this house by far is the best we’ve stayed in. The house is equipped with enough pots and pans for us to cook for a family of 6 adults and more then plenty of cups, glasses, plates and wash towels The house is clean and very comfortable and the couches/beds were all comfy. We loved the two fabric baby/dog gates attached at the top of both stairways. The garage is huge and our adult kids had fun using the ping pong table and there’s a portable heater in the corner that they did use. There was taffy,popcorn and bottle water provided for us when we arrived. The bedrooms were all beautifully decorated with new beds, sheets and comforters and there were lots of clean bath towels in the two bathrooms upstairs. What I love about this house is that it’s tastefully done with quality items not mismatched stuff from the local goodwill or secondhand store. The silverware and dishes all matched and it feels like we’re staying with relatives/friends not at a typical rental home. Our family arrived at different times of the day and they all responded with “ WOW” when they walked into the main level of the house. This house is definitely prepared for dogs, it has a cute doggie bag holder near the front door and lots of pegs on the wall for jackets/ leashes. There’s even a flashlight provided for night walks. There’s a small area next to the carport and one behind the house where you can let your dog do his business. Terri messaged me a couple days before our stay to let me know the wifi/cable was not working and she credited us $100 for the inconvenience. I did tell my kids so they would be prepared for their laptops/cellphones. The wifi came on for a few hours the second day but then off and on the rest of the time but we enjoyed our stay despite that and will definitely stay here again!

Convenient, clean, comfortable & well appointed
This is a new house that's set up very nicely for central Oregon coast visitors. You would not know dogs were allowed in the house as it was very clean. A lot of thought went into all the touches and amenities. We had a wonderful visit and would recommend it to friends and family.
