Relax inside by one of our two cozy fireplaces, or outdoors in one of our two 8 person hot tubs. Plenty of games for entertainment, including a pool table, Foosball table, and poker, along with a 10 person in home theater. Enjoy two kitchens and dining areas. Space for the whole family! Convenient garage space for all your winter equipment. Our two property managers, Tim and Donna, reside below the pool house. They are responsible for maintaining the pool and hot tubs and for emergency maintenance. Their apartment has its own separate driveway and you most likely won't even see them while you are there!

We had our family of 19 stay for a week. There was plenty of room to gather but all have our own space. We had a fantastic time. Tim was very responsive and helpful.

We had an amazing stay at this property in Newry. It was perfectly located, only being a 10 minute drive to Sunday River. There was a ton of entertainment for our group, and Tim was an incredible host who was always responsive and available. We will definitely be back!

This house was perfect for our group of 20. It is in a beautiful area (excellent hiking outside ski season!), and has enough space and amenities for a crowd. We appreciated the two (!) kitchens, the grill, the foosball/pool table/poker table, the numerous bedrooms and all the hangout spaces. Tim was very responsive and friendly. One minor item that could be improved is that the kitchen knives were quite dull.

Every year I plan a trip with my family/close friends. I can honestly say this year was the best experience we had. We had an awesome host, he always checked up on how we were doing and heated the pool daily for us, I actually had the privilege of meeting Tim, one of the owners, and he was a great guy. The view was amazing and the property was well maintained. My family and I would love to come back to this property in the future!

Tucked away, yet close to shopping, restaurants and fishing the house was a great location. We were able to have a nice relaxing week using the pool and hot tubs available and with the spacious house, it made it possible for a family of 19 to have their personal time as well. The property owners were very accommodating. Great place for a nice, peaceful vacation!

Overall the house is great…lots of rooms for large groups. There are lots of minor repairs thst need to be done, the deck and pool deck need work. Tim is great and took care of what issues we needed to have fixed. Overall we had a great time here!

At first, a little disappointed in homes exterior condition, but once we were moved in completely forgot about that because to property was so great for large family vacation.

Overall house is quite impressive, especially view and location. Overall bedroom layout works for large groups especially most with private baths. Common space is good for groups. Heat is a bit low in the upstairs and basement. Unit heaters were provided but not the best. Initial communication between guests and owner wasn't great as we were only notified of amenities not available on the day of arrival. Guests should enjoy house and available amenities.

Fantastic 50th birthday weekend for my wife. 6 families- tons of space, great views, amazing amenities- 2 large and 3 small fridges, 2 wine fridges, 3 dishwashers, 2 hot tubs, 2 grills.....Tim, the property manager, is on-site in a separate building and is a super guy and extremely responsive (thanks again Tim!). You won't regret booking this place. We'll be back for ski season!

We had a large group of friends with all different aged children and the set up was great with stuff to do for all ages, foosball and pool table for older kids and swing set for the littles, the media room and pool was fun for everyone. Like other reviews have said the property manager lives on premise under the pool house. He was there at check-in and when we needed him when the A/C and oven acted up, but other than that gave us our space. I would recommend that the main property description include a note explaining the arrangement. Tim was responsive and we could tell he really cared about our stay and wanted us to enjoy the place.

One important thing the listing does not mention, owner lives in the premises and keeps an eye on everything. House was nice overall, our family really had a great time. Location is great, awesome pool, amazing views. House looks like a club, it does need a lot of small maintance repair but nothing major. Tim was very nice and quick with all the questions we had. Overall it was a nice experience.

We absolutely loved our week in Newry. The house was beautiful and comfortably fit all 26 of us with everyone in a bed. The pool was outstanding too! The host, Tim, was great with communication. Always was willing to help and easy to text quickly if you needed anything or had a question. Would’ve gotten a perfect rating if we were aware the hosts lived at the property before we got there, but they were easy going and super helpful so everything worked out! Would suggest this place to anyone and everyone just looking to get away in a quiet and family friendly area near Sunday River! Worth every penny!

We had a rather large group of individuals and this house accommodated us with room to spare. We were still discovering bedrooms as we were leaving! Breathtaking views of the mountains, two jacuzzis, an amazing pool, and everything we could have possibly needed for a post covid celebration. Would stay here again no doubt.

Wonderful from start to finish. I was given the task to find a home large enough to accommodate our staff of 15 and this property surpassed my expectations! Everyone was able to stay in their own bedroom and have as much privacy as they wanted. Plenty of room for fun and games (pool table, foosball, hotubs) TVs everywhere! We also were able to comfortably watch our team bonding video in the huge home entertainment center. Tim and Donna were very attentive and answered any questions I had, as well as gave me a tour of the property before the others arrived. STUNNING views and plenty of parking for everyone's vehicles. I wish the retreat was more than two days! Perfect place to escape!
