The parking is not outside the building - it is on neighbouring streets. Arriving on a Friday night it was very difficult to find a spot and we were more than 10 minutes away walking in a fairly rough neighbourhood. Main bed was very squeaky, any movement in the night made a lot of noise. Property is on a busy road with a lot of noise from outside. No black out curtains / blinds so expect to wake up with the sun (if noise doesn't get you first)
