Welcome to this delightful vacation home rental, featuring a charming and peaceful setting and conveniently located near downtown Ketchum and major ski areas. This private townhome is nestled on a picturesque golf course, offering incredible mountain views from the lovely deck and outdoor seating area. Inside, the home has been thoughtfully updated with new wood flooring throughout, fresh paint, and fully remodeled primary en-suite bathrooms. The open and airy main living area is perfect for relaxing and entertaining, complete with a cozy fireplace and a beautifully updated kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to prepare family meals. This comfortable and spacious vacation rental accommodates up to eight guests, featuring two primary king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and a cozy loft with 4 twin beds and a private bath. Each primary bedroom (King) is equipped with a 50” smart TV, so you can easily set up your own Netflix or Hulu. For your convenience, the home also includes a laundry room and provides complimentary coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, linens, and towels. In the warmer months, you can soak in the incredible mountain views from the deck, and in the cooler months, you can cozy up by the gas fireplace and enjoy the floor heaters throughout the home. Please note that the home does not have central AC, but it does offer a cooling system throughout that keeps the home comfortable and cool. With easy parking and access, this vacation rental provides a hassle-free and enjoyable stay. Note for Airbnb Bookings We charge a cleaning and linen fee to all guests, as well as a damage protection waiver. Airbnb combines these fees into one "cleaning fee" on their platform. The cleaning and linen fee covers the cost of cleaning the property after each guest stay, as well as providing fresh linens and towels. The damage protection waiver covers any damage to the property that is not caused by normal wear and tear. We understand that this may be confusing, but we want to be transparent about our fees. We enjoyed our stay at this Ketchum condo. It was in a great location next to the golf course and with a deck for outdoor dining with a great view of Baldy. It met all of our needs and was very comfortable. I would recommend this condo for couples with ensuite bath and for families as it has a lot of living space and a loft for kids with a separate bathroom.

Beautiful condo with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The condo is nicely appointed, clean, beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. There was sufficient parking space. Hosts communication was very timely. Just be advised there is no specific bike storage area. We loved our stay and would definitely stay in this condo again.

We loved our weekend stay, it was perfect for our family of 5! We enjoy cooking and this kitchen had everything we needed, and was a great set up to hang out together. The newly remodeled apartment was extremely clean, we had VERY comfortable beds, fabulous new linens and towels, and large fabulous bathrooms. We appreciated the gas fire, and attentive warm service. Easy parking and close drive to everything in Ketchum. It was hard to keep the downstairs neighbor happy, as sound travels very easily between the apartments, despite walking in socks.

Excellent, large and comfortable condo with the most beautiful views of Bald Mountain in Ketchum. Property was as described and has all the necessary amenities so close to all Sun Valley, Ketchum and Hailey have to offer. Rachel and Dan were extremely attentive and helpful. We look forward to our return visit.

A beautiful property with lots of thoughtful touches. From lovely scented toiletries, books and games, basic cooking needs, and a great telescope for observing the full moon over the mountain top. Dining recommendations from the host were delicious. And almost everything was in walking distance.

My husband and I loved our stay at this beautiful townhome. It was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. It’s also located in a great part of the city - in walking or biking distance of downtown and several of the great hiking trails nearby. Google maps made it a little difficult to find this place, however when we reached out to Rachel and Dan for help with directions, they were quick to respond and great to speak with. Would highly recommend this townhome and hope to stay there again!

This was a great property. Well stocked with equipment in kitchen. Maybe could use some better instruction on how to use equipment and working the heaters. Figured it out but just took some time. I would definitely stay here again.
