About this house rental
Located in Ship Bottom, this lovely house for R 24,158 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. A short 2 block walk to a pristine beach and bay. The bay beach is perfect for children as it includes a fenced in lifeguard swimm area, gazebo, playground and bathroom facilities with shower. The bay also provides a perfect spot to launch paddle boards and kayaks. Walk a block down to find the perfect spot for fishing off the dock and picture perfect sunsets. Our home is perfect for large families, wedding stays and gatherings for a wonderful beach vacation. Living room is located in the front of the house that leads into a fully equipped large eat in kitchen with granite counter tops, central island, multiple work stations and seating for 18+. Laundry/mudroom located off kitchen with extra refrigerator and half bath. Two bedrooms on the ground floor share a full bath. Six bedrooms upstairs with 2 1/2 baths. Additional sitting room located upstairs. Outdoor area includes dining set, fire pit seating, front porch and front balcony gathering spots. Several of our favorite restaurants within walking distance; Raimondo's, Zen's, Arlington, Russo's, La Spiaggi and LBI Hotel to name a few. The country market for bread and pies and WaWa's for coffee and sandwiches are very convenient. Local fisheries and bait shops within a few blocks. Nearby apparel shops include Ron Jon's and B&B. Two nail salons and the LBI Hotel spa can provide a special vacation treat! Not available for proms or senior week.

We had such a wonderful time and this was the perfect house for our weekend getaway. It was very clean, there are plenty of bedrooms, the beds were cozy, great beachy atmosphere, a ton of amenities, the kitchen was huge which was perfect for our breakfasts and dinners.
Mary was a great host. She was quick to respond to questions, she was flexible and accommodating.
The town and surrounding towns were great. Tons of great shops, restaurants, local hangouts and beautiful clean beaches. Everyone we encountered were very friendly and welcoming. Such a wonderful experience all around. Can’t wait to come back next summer!

This house was the perfect place to host my dad's 80th birthday party. We had plenty of room for my mom and dad as well as my wife and kids and my sister's family. The house is very large and has an enormous kitchen that served as a great gathering space for the whole crew. The house and property are very well maintained and the location is fantastic.

This place was wonderful! We had 13 guests stay and it was perfect! The kitchen was beautiful with newer appliances and plenty of seating. The amount of bathrooms in this house was probably the best thing about the house! Location was also fantastic! A 5 minute walk

We rented this home for a family wedding at Bonnet Island Estate. This house was perfect for a lot of aunts/uncles/cousins reuniting! We enjoyed gathering in the large kitchen, the easy walk/bike to the beach and the bay, the double refrigerator, and using the games that were provided in the house.
Mary was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. This house is also a quick walk/bike to Hotel LBI and less than 5 minutes away from Bonnet Island, in case you're looking for a house for a wedding weekend :)

Held my wedding over Labor Day weekend and was able to bring in extended family and friends to Mary’s house for the perfect reunion. House was absolutely ideal for a large group while maintaining enough bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy. Excellent property and communication - would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic Family - Group Vacation Venue
Pictures do not fully capture how nice this home is outside or in. We had no reason to call the owner after we arrived because nothing was needed. The house was perfectly equipt ... not too much of anything and nothing was lacking .... everything was just right. We had 20 very comfortable and very happy guests. We highly recommend this vacation home.

The pictures do not do this property justice. An absolutely perfect location for a large family vacation. Plenty of room in the house to comfortably accommodate everyone, a great back sitting area and very easy beach access. Mary was very responsive throughout the entire process and we would very much stay at this property again. 5 stars!

Perfect for the whole extended family
This well-appointed beach house did not disappoint. From the beach chairs, to the boogie boards, to the kadima, to the bunk beds, to the frozen margarita machine, this house had everything for our large group of children and adults.

Wonderful Family Trip!
Our extended family recently returned from 6 days at this beautiful home. It is located just off the bridge when first arriving in LBI, so a busier area-However, it made it super convenient for everyone to walk to Wawa, Ron Jon's, CVS, the B&B and to get ice cream. Close to the beach and the bay! The location also made it easy for those of us who ventured into Manahawkin for ShopRite/Costco or yoga classes at Hot or Not Yoga (or beyond-2 golf excursions too). Plenty of sleeping areas/bedrooms. The kitchen and dining area accommodated all of us for family games and activities. Lots of games/puzzles for the kids to stay occupied. Surf boards, paddle board, beach chairs, corn hole and a fire pit with 2 outdoor showers. There are 3 refrigerators and a cute coffee bar area. Everything was as advertised or better! Mary was super responsive to all inquiries. Highly recommend this property. Thanks for a great week, Mary!

This house has everything you would need to host 20 people. Only issue we had was nothing to do with this great house. The location is in the busiest part of the island. The road traffic and crossing the streets are challenging. I definitely recommend this house it is better then advertised. Met all of our expectations.
