Located on the newly improved bike path, this home is just a short bike ride from the Atlantic Ocean and the Wright Brothers National Memorial. Bring your stand up paddle board or use our kayaks to launch off the dock, or enjoy fishing and crabbing without having to drive anywhere!

Spectacular salt breeze on pier at sunset. Reminded me of where I grew up on the river, quiet like home was. Wonderful find to stay; bed, bath, quiet & No Light Pollution.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here from 7/2 to 7/7, and our 3 year anniversary was on the 5th. This room is perfect for two trying to stay close to the beach, and everything else. Right next to wright brothers national memorial. We definitely enjoyed our stay and the owners were very nice. Thank you for letting us stay.

We had a great trip to the OBX! We were able to explore from Carova to Ocracoke. The room was as expected; located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Perfect for our 30th anniversary celebration!

My husband and I had a wonderful evening staying at this property. We were slipping away for an evening without kids, and we thoroughly enjoyed being able to get away to this relaxing space. After walking to dinner at a local restaurant, we returned in time to watch the sunset from the dock. We highly recommend staying here!

Cathy's place is indeed Instagram worthy! It is nicely styled, clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was a perfect spot for our stop on the way to Ocracoke Island for a week's stay. We found local, fresh seafood that night for dinner and good, local coffee the next morning. Cathy was very responsive and a dream host!

This hidden gem is a very clean and comfortable room of a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood of Kill Devil Hills, just north of the Wright Brothers National Memorial on the Outer Banks. Wide sandy beaches and great restaurants are close by - the sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean are magnificent! Cathy and Adam are very friendly hosts, and they have a dock on an inlet of Roanoke Sound that is a great place to relax and breathe in the seaside beauty. If you enjoy watching soaring Ospreys and sunsets over the water, this is the place for you! I am looking forward to staying here again!

Quick Getaway
Took some rare time off work for a 4-day weekend. Cathy was a great hostess and responds quickly to messages! Greatly appreciate letting us borrow the bikes - there are multi-use trails around the area I highly recommend taking advantage of! At least one sunset from the dock is also a must :) Thanks for a great stay!

Great communication, clean room, and wonderful location. We enjoyed fishing off of the private pier. Next time we will use the kayak 😎Owner has added a privately controlled a/c unit, so the room is now perfect. Thanks for everything!

My friend and I found this room perfect for a weekend getaway. The room was beautiful and clean. We were encouraged to enjoy a sunset on the dock and it was indeed splendid. Easy check in and out process.

Kills Devil Hills Hideaway.
Super cute and clean room. View from the dock amazing. Sunset spectacular. Very quiet and secluded property. Enjoyed the bike path and use of their bicycles.

Lovely Room in a central location
My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights. It was absolutely fantastic. The room was perfect. The house is located in a very central location with great access to restaurants, shopping and beaches. The dock has a great sunset and we enjoyed every minute of our stay!

My husband and I decided on a last minute trip to OBX and I found this darling place....when we walked in it was even better than expected. It was exceptionally CLEAN & cozy. It was right along the bike path which was wonderful. We felt very safe with the location. The sunset from the dock was beautiful. Communication from the Host was great.
