Overall we had a great stay. The unit was perfect for 4 adults. It was clean and had everything we needed. One of the bathrooms was not the greatest - the lighting in the small bathroom could have been better; as well as the door situation in that bathroom. The doors either needed to be propped against each other or both closed at the same time. We didn’t find out about the resort fee until a day before we checked in. It was a mandatory $40/day and we were there 3 days and only went to the beach and pool one day. The fee should be built into the total coast.

I rented this property to relax with my family over the weekend. The resort and property is beachfront. Zen vacations team is extremely responsive. A guy name Santiago was super fast at responding and following up. They allow early check-in and late check-out by using an app, if the property is available. Hyde resort on the weekend has a bit of a line for check-in and check-out is a bit inconvenient relative to their process, but their staff is very attentive and polite. Daily parking is $40 per day, plus daily resort fee. The pool is only open sunrise to sundown and whirlpool didn't work. I booked a massage at heed spa which was nice. Walmart, publix, winn dixie, and many other shopping stores are within a mile. For families that like home cooking, the place has limited pots and pans but there are restaurants around including inside and next to the property. Overall, a nice stay.

The unit has spectacular views and is very spacious.
The restaurant on the 9th floor was fantastic.
If I'm back in the area, I'll definitely stay here again.

The unit had enough space for us and four of our kids of multiple age ranges. The ocean view from the balcony was great. The property is within walking distance to the beach. The only downside was the long walk to get beach services (beach towels and chairs). Unfortunately that's an issue with the condo property, not the unit management. There are chairs and an umbrella in the unit, but we were in such a hurry to get to the beach that we forgot. We would recommend this unit to others as well as rent it again for our family.

Walk to the Beach
The unit had enough space for us and four of our kids of multiple age ranges. The ocean view from the balcony was great. The property is within walking distance to the beach. The only downside was the long walk to get beach services (beach towels and chairs). Unfortunately that's an issue with the condo property, not the unit management. There are chairs and an umbrella in the unit, but we were in such a hurry to get to the beach that we forgot. We would recommend this unit to others as well as rent it again for our family.

Amazing condo in an amazing location
Had everything we needed; full kitchen, washer/dryer, breath taking view. It was a pleasure staying here. This building is also really safe- security everywhere 24 hours. 2 Gorgeous pool with sun all day. Beach is super accessible. Valet at extra cost was worth it and practical. The owner was always available to help us if we needed her for anything. Easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!! Thank you for having us.

Hollywood is a cool spot. Real busy, however. Hyde is a good resort right in middle of action, but also very busy. Long wait for elevator, etc. Otherwise good fun

If you book through the Hyde Resort you get maid service, towels, etc. Every time we needed something the owner needed to be contacted. For example, we found there were only the wash cloths, in a condo that sleeps 6. We had to wait until the next afternoon to get additional ones. Condo was sparse- no decor as shown in pictures, no cleaning supplies or dish towels. There is a Walmart within walking distance but not much else. The employees at the resort were not much helping in giving recommendations for where to go to dinner. Beach and pool were great!
