Unit is conveniently located in town where it is not uncommon to have visiting Town Moose! Fully Equipped 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Full Kitchen, fold out full size sleeper couch, queen size bed, full bathroom w/bathtub/shower, excellent WIFI, fire place, ceiling fan, large flat screen Tv, washer/dryer in unit. Walking distance to everything *Easy walk to Farmers Market, City Beach, Restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, shopping, & more. 15 min drive to Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort, 5 min walk to Dover Biking Trail. Explore our beaches, mountains, & lakes! Bring your own or rent bikes, skiis, kayaks, boats, & more! We LOVE pets! Sandpoint is a pet friendly town! Clean and cozy

We stayed a couple days over the holidays as very convenient to family. My only wish for the property would have been a TV on the main living level. Otherwise it was quiet and we really enjoyed our time.

This was not a quiet cottage. Located in the alley it was not described and hadno private space for dogs. This was nicely built but it should have let the guest know it was three levels which made it a PAIN to bring in luggage. As soon as I drove in I was chased down by the neighbors dog who jumped the fence. Property owner was out of town and had dog/house sitter but this was not divulged. Instead automatic emails were sent saying they were right next door and would ensure a 5 start stay. Their own dog barked through the night and into the morning. Due to the owners absence she was unable to answer my emails attentively. She described that it was apparent their dog/house sitter was not doing their job which I did not see as my problem. I was unable to stay there for any point in time as anytime I was there the dog stayed in the back yard barking the entire time. I let Mindy know I should not have to pay to not be able to sleep and she was only willing to refund me all but the first two nights. Even though I let her know I did not sleep and could not even stand to be there due to her dog. I have still not seen a refund for the remainder of our stay and still do not believe we should have to pay for any of it. Worst experience ever!

First time exploring the area- wish we had longer! Mindy & family have a beautiful space here and we enjoyed use of their bikes and recommendations for meals, sights, & hikes! Pack light since it’s 15 stairs to living room/ kitchen and another 15 stairs to bath & bedroom. (Where the TV is)

Mindys cottage was very cozy and it had everything we needed. House location is central to everything in SandPoint. Bikes are a plus.
Mindy was easy to communicate with and she made sure we were confortable.
I would highly recommend her place!!

My husband and I stayed in the Sandpoint Cottage for two nights when we were in town for a wedding. It was charming and a perfect place for us. It is exactly as described and the hosts are great! Highly recommend staying here.

Our family was looking for a place that had location, walk score, close-by adventures, beauty within walking distance, beauty, and privacy for our son and his bride. Minday's cozy cottage was just the thing. The kids had privacy, local adventure, a chance to cook at "home", comfortable hang-out space, and just time to enjoy each other free of all the wedding preparations.
Mindy was an amazing host. She was super helpful when we were setting things up, made sure to connect with the kids when they were on their way, and followed up to be sure that all was going well.
They both told the family that they had an amazing time, appreciated the location, and loved this first chapter of their new life together.

Such a cute and well maintained property! Everything was accurately described in the listing. The property is walking/biking distance to everything in town. The provided bikes were a great addition! The property was very clean. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect place to stay in town. Off street parking, very quiet, brand new cottage in an awesome location. Walk to town and coffee. Very nice bed, super cozy, and overall just a great spot. Would highly recommend anyone staying here.

Great house near downtown and highway. Quiet area. Full size fridge and gas stove in the kitchen. Farmers market and lake front all within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants also with a short walk. Friendly and respectful hosts. Great for a couple. It's on our list to come back to.

Short stay in Sandpoint was lovely!
Mindy and family were great hosts and accommodations were comfortable, beautifully decorated and well stocked for a short stay or even longer. Location was ideal for a night out in downtown Sandpoint, walking distance to street festival and local venue for a show. We would definitely recommend this little nook to anyone traveling to Sandpoint area.

We’re moving here in the fall, and Mindy’s place was a perfect base for exploration. Walking distance to downtown yet in a quiet neighborhood.
This is not a complaint, just be ready for 2 flights of stairs, we’re 68 and 74 and did it, just be ready!

Beautiful ADU in great Sandpoint neighborhood; walkable to everything. We went for a ski event at Schweitzer. Really appreciated the entryway with lots of storage space for our skis and gear. This cottage made a great trip even better for us. I would highly recommend. We plan on booking again in the future.

We loved our stay - went skiing and to a local film festival for wife's birthday. Here is here review: So cute! very convenient for all the Sandpoint area has to offer - VERY well appointed small private condo - nice finishes. Everything you would need was available with extra nice touches - totally comfortable stay! Warm mud room to get ready in your ski gear and take off snow boots was a real bonus. Thank you for a fabulous vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Sandpoint Cottage. A fireplace is a must on a winter getaway and it added a lot to the ambience. Awesome kitchen. Less than a 25 minute drive to Schweitzer but minutes to all of Sandpoint’s conveniences

Similar to other reviews, the house was charming, clean, well stocked, excellent location, and has a very nice host. Highly recommended.

We found the bed very comfortable and we appreciated the “mudroom” in the entry. But the biggest advantage of the property is that it is in walking distance to central Sandpoint with a great coffee place only a couple of blocks away. Also very happy the owner allowed us to bring our small dog. If stairs are an issue, this is probably not for you but otherwise great stay.

This little home is very well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Conveniently located within blocks of the main town, in a quiet neighborhood. I am a clean freak and this home was impeccable! The host ensured our stay went well. Can't wait to stay here again.

Beautiful unit, no AC
It’s a beautiful little free-standing apartment in the hosts backyard. It was perfectly clean, beautiful kitchen just like the pictures. Really nice. Host was very responsive and helpful. Walking distance to all the good stuff in Sandpoint. Bedroom on the third floor was really hot without AC. Recommend opening all the upstairs and downstairs windows and using ceiling fan and box fan, the swamp cooler didn’t help much, still pretty warm for us.
