This house is not new, but very clean and everything works perfectly! the perfect location - right on the beach and within walking distance to so many restaurants and bars. It is great to be able to quickly run back to the house to take a break from the sun or restock the cooler. Perfect location between the Village and the main entrance to Siesta Key Beach!! Bar's, Restaurants, Shopping, Sports Siesta key is a beautiful place for weddings, the house is only a 100 feet away from the beach this makes it the perfect location. Rentals……..EVERYTHING is within walking distance…..NO CAR NEEDED!!! 1-minute walking distance from paradise, we are crossing the street to the main entrance siesta key beach the best beach in the United State of America. The neighborhood has lots of restaurants, shopping, and night club with singers and shows in the village. This home is perfectly equipped with comfortable beds, beach chairs, beach towels, and plenty of bath towels. The air conditioner cannot cool the house below 71F, please note that if you want colder do not rent this house! Let me know if you have any questions and I will be happy to answer.

Two friends and a puppy; we walked across the street to the beach. Puppy’s first experience… She LOVED IT!! And we enjoyed walking around downtown. Many restaurants to choose from. Our rental was efficient and spacious. I t was everything we needed. Thanks.

The house was as described in the listing, the location was great, and the beds were comfortable. However, I was disappointed in the outdoor space. The description said "fenced yard" which was misleading, I expected it to be "fenced in" but it was not so I was not able to have my dogs outside off leash which was the main reason I rented this property. Also, the pictures in the listing showed a nice patio table and chairs, beach chairs. lounge chairs, grill and tv. The only seating outside was 2 picnic tables, there was not a tv, the grill did not work and only had 1 beach chair (the owner did bring beach chairs over after I contacted him).

Everything was perfect for our short 4 day stay in Siesta Key. We were celebrating our 25th Anniversary and looking for something private that accepted pets and close to the beach.. and shops and restaurant, bars etc… The house had two bathrooms, both with great showers and a very large and comfortable living area. 2 refrigerators and a large dining area. Beach access directly across the street. The downtown “Village” was about 1 mile and a 1-2 minute car ride if you don’t want to walk. Next year I’ll be booking this same property if possible. It was perfect for us.

This house is clean and well maintained. Right across the street from the beach. Fabulous location. I loved walking down to the beach every morning! Fully stocked kitchen made meal prep a breeze. Beach chairs included and beach towels, too. A nice home away from home. :-)

Owners VERY concerned about extra people staying at residence. So much so that my 2 sisters and I in 50-60 range only had 1 towel a piece for our stay. No washer and dryer to use. No wash cloths supplied. Paid extra air conditioning fee for “Florida” but thermostat locked at 72-76 degrees. Place slept 4 but I had to pay for extra person. Paid extra to check in early too although already clean. None the less we had a great time celebrating my sisters 60th birthday that was delayed bc of pandemic. Location is perfect for short walk to beach and 15 minute walk to town. We could have done without rental car and just Uber from airport.

The house was clean and perfectly located to walk across the street to the beach. We also walked to the village a few times. Our favorite restaurants in the village was The Daiquiri Deck and Thai and Sushi Bar. It is in a good location to go site seeing. The kitchen seemed to be well equipped, though I didn't cook. I made coffee everyday and I heated up some leftover pizza and wings in the oven. Overall if Siesta Key is your destination it is a great house to rent.

We had a blast! The owner communicates very well - we locked ourselves out and the owner solved it within minutes! Hope to be back! The back neighbor was super rude but we just ignored him!

Great Getaway Experience

Great Getaway Experience

My husband and I traveled to Siesta Key Beach for a quick two night getaway. The location of this "cottage" is so perfect--exactly 100 feet from the most beautiful beach ever. The cottage was very clean, the shower was terrific, the tvs were large and easy to operate and the bed comfortable. The house is situated in a very nice neighborhood, and we were able to walk to Siesta Village each night for dinner. We absolutely intend to stay here again.
