Situated in Washington, this lovely house for R 4,989 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. “A World Away” - We are thrilled to provide you with all the comforts of home in the popular St. George area. Located directly across the street from the pool in a quiet resort neighborhood, this property is conveniently situated close to all the BEST activities St. George and Southern Utah have to offer. For guests that bring their boats and all-terrain vehicles to explore the outdoors, this home has an over sized 4+ car garage. You’ll have more than enough room for trailers, etc. New! The pool amenities are finished and ready for guests to enjoy. The amenities boast a large heated pool surrounded by a lazy river with a 3 story slide. Additionally, there are 2 hot tubs and a splash pad with plenty of room to relax. Guests can also divide up into teams for a friendly pickleball competition on the 2 adjacent courts. The home's entry level includes a large great room, a kitchen & dining area, the first of two primary bedrooms (one on the main level and one upstairs), a guest bedroom, two bathrooms, and a bonus laundry with full size appliances. Enjoy a 65" 4K Smart TV and Blu-ray player in the living room. You will love the incredible views from the large patio, which includes additional dining seating and a gas grill for your delicious BBQ dinners. The classic kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make and serve your meals. Beautiful quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances, plus seating for 12. The first floor primary bedroom has a California King bed and the ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and large walk-in shower. Both the first floor and second floor primary bedrooms have 55" 4K Smart TV’s. The first floor guest bedroom provides additional adult accommodations with a comfortable queen bed and a 32” TV. The adjoining bathroom doubles as a guest bathroom. Upstairs you will find 3 more bedrooms, two bathrooms, a loft for additional gathering space, and a second laundry! The loft includes a second 65” 4K Smart TV and Blu-ray for movie night relaxing on the comfortable sectional. The roomy second floor primary bedroom has a King bed with private TV and an ensuite bath. The bunk room was designed with the kids in mind; it has 2 twin over full bunk beds - sleeps up to 6. The fifth and final bedroom has a comfortable King bed and a private TV. The fourth bathroom is shared by the bunk room and the fifth bedroom. Also available a portable pack ‘n play. This home’s decor is our tribute to world travel. Southern Utah is one of many beautiful locations on our destination bucket list. Golf enthusiasts will recognize the iconic Lone Cypress of Pebble Beach as you enter the home. It is one of our favorite California destinations and the first of our personal photographs found throughout the home. Additional photographs invite you to Venice, Toledo, London, Rome, Peru, Seville, Prague or Paris "A World Away" is close to Utah National and State Parks; Zion National Park, Snow Canyon, Sand Hollow, Bryce Canyon, and the Grand Canyon are a must when visiting Southern Utah. This area is also known for great theatrical talent. The Utah Shakespeare Festival in Cedar City and the full musical season at the Tuacahn Amphitheater in Ivins are family favorites. We stay at VRBO’s 3-4 times a year and this one is one of the best we’ve stayed in. Lots of space for multiple families (lots of bathrooms too!). We loved the beds and the bedding. Very comfortable! We loved having a second fridge in the garage and tons of parking available. The kids enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and lazy river! The house was very well stocked and even had some shampoo and laundry soap to use (two sets of washer & dryers!) There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like!

The entire process with the host was amazing. So accommodating, understanding of weather conditions, flexible and the best I have ever worked with. Bonus, her Home was perfect! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen well Supplied, everything was perfect! We will definitely be back!

Our extended family stayed in this beautiful home when we had kids playing in soccer tournaments. It fit seven adults and seven kids with room to spare. The home is beautifully decorated and was very clean. Kristen is a wonderful host and responded quickly when we requested an additional night because we needed to come a day earlier. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

A couple of my friends and I were in town for a few days for a competition and rented this house. The competition was very time intensive and lead to very long days. Regrettably we did not get to use the house to its fullest (the kitchen, grill, patio with amazing view) but it was nice to come back to a clean and comfortable place to get some rest and get ready for the next day. Everything from the booking to the checkout was seamless even though I messed up the check in procedure, I communicated with the owner and all was good. Would definitely recommend the home.

We stayed in this property and while the location, size of the space, and features of the house were great, we did not feel the house was the cleanest we had stayed in. Just a couple examples, the garbage can had dried food and fingerprints on the lid, crumbs all over inside the fridge, and the decorative pillows in the downstairs master bedroom had several long black hairs all over it. Upstairs en suite bathroom did not seem to be cleaned from previous guest. (Toilet was dirty and floor mat rolled up on the shelf in the shower was wet.) The only other complaint we had was the tv entertainment was complicated. Smart tvs that weren’t easy to use for basic tv watching. They had plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and appliances to use in the house. Decor is beautiful and beds were very comfortable. Nice property overall but we probably wouldn’t stay here again. Sorry.

We came as a group of 5 women and we loved the home. All the beds were comfortable (even the bunk beds), super clean, and well equipped. This was the most stocked kitchen I have ever stayed in and everything was easy to find. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place for two families

We came down for a soccer tournament and stayed at the home with another family. The home was perfect! Close to everywhere we needed to be: Washington, Hurricane, St. George and Little Valley. The home felt way bigger than the advertised square footage. It was also nice to have a four car garage. We loved the neighborhood and hope to come back when the pool and lazy river across the street are finished being built! Thanks for the great stay!

The house was the same as the photos shown in the listing. Everything was extremely nice and clean and the check-in process was extremely easy. All of the bedrooms were large and there was plenty of space in this house. We would definitely stay here again for our next visit to the area.

We were 3 families and we all love this house. We had used vrbo many times and this is probably the best house ever. Even the price was fine. Since I have to add a little possible improvement, the only thing I can critize is that the deposit is a bit toohigh, but sice we got all back. No real complains!
