Located in Puako, this attractive condo for R 10,726 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths (Sleeps 10) This 4 bedroom, 2100 square foot home, comfortably sleeps 10 and is located within the KaMilo community which is part of the world class resort of Mauna Lani! Mauna Lani is on the beautiful Kohala Coast on the Big Island of Hawaii. The grounds within KaMilo are well maintained and provide a lush tropical atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen with wine fridge, knife set, stainless steel appliances and granite counters is a chefs dream. The two Master bedrooms have full ensuites, king beds, walk in closets, and lanai's with bistro table or loungers. The third and fourth bedrooms include a queen bed and two double beds, with a full bathroom. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's (32' to 42') and cable. The open living room concept has a 50' flat screen TV. Retractable glass patio doors provide an open air environment between the great room and main lanai. Stepping outside, you will be greeted by a stainless steel BBQ, large patio table and outdoor ceiling fan. The home is fully stocked with paper products, spices, kitchenware, beach towels and pool toys. The property has a full sized washer and dryer. The KaMilo complex has a putting green on-site. Located within a 2 minute walk of the property, is the private KaMilo resident's recreation center. It offers a state of the art workout facility, two hot tubs, two pools, cabanas, lounge chairs, patio tables and a covered pergola providing relaxation and a resort atmosphere. You are within walking distance to the Fairmont Orchid Hotel and The Shops at Mauna Lani. These venues provide a variety of restaurants, boutique shopping, food market and beach access. You are a 5 minute drive (10 minute bike ride) to the Mauna Lani Private Beach Club which you gain access to as our guests. This Beach Club is located within a protected white sand beach cove at Makaiwa Bay. As our guest, you will have access to the beach chairs and cabana chairs. Napua at Mauna Lani Beach Club is the on-site open air restaurant and is open for lunch and dinner. Please note there is a video doorbell installed at the front door. Crib set up upon request. It was ideal for our family. The house is well stocked and we all enjoyed the location, more peaceful than some other resort areas. The visitors book gave detailed information, not only for the house and it's operations but for beaches, dining, shopping etc. Although we did not need the equipment, it was very well supplied for little ones as well. Plenty of beach gear, too. Birds, flowers and that beautiful breeze. A great relaxing holiday.

We had a phenomenal stay and would highly recommend. The house is very well stocked with everything you need to enjoy the Big Island. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils and space. The bedrooms and living area were very comfortable. No detail was missed. We would absolutely stay here again.

Having all the supplies for an infant/toddler was awesome! Having an actual crib that could move to other rooms was a nice touch. Directions on how to use the appliances was a nice. We had issues with the dryer. Owner was contacted and someone came quick to fix the issues. Owner is quick to respond on Vrbo and a phone call.

Nice well-equipped property close to lots of big island fun. Amazingly equipped for beach fun with snorkels and boogie boards for an entire family. Good kitchen and outdoor dining space. Only downside is that you need to drive to the beach.

The instructions for opening the gate and the house and for the use of appliances, tvs, and ac were detailed and clear. The appliances were up to date, kitchen amenities were great, house very clean. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Our group of three couples have traveled to Hawaii many times and always stay in a private home. This property has been the absolute best. The pictures are accurate, host is amazing and very attentive, and the amenities amazing. Best beach ever. Highly recommend. Mahalo Heidi.

This is a wonderful house that easily accommodated 7 adults and 3 small chuldren. They had kid specific beach and pool toys and snorkeling equipment. They even had kid plates and bowls.The pool was a 2 minute walk. The owners were great and we coulfnt be more happy with the experience! Highest recommendation!!

Absolutely love the property. It was a very quiet neighborhood, very relaxing with beautiful sunrises. We love the central location to all of the island, including the adventures that we went on and spectacular golf. We look forward to our next trip.

Mauna Lani is a beautiful development. The home is beautifully furnished, fairly well, outfitted, and very close to the beach club. One word of caution: if you are looking to Beach hop, don’t count on it. Although “Shoreline Access “ is touted widely, the gate personnel are generally unwilling to honor that and routinely find excuses to deny access. That is of very little consequence, however, since the beach club is beautiful, with excellent snorkeling, and with access to the adjacent, historic fish ponds and queens bath. Overall, this was the best part of our trip!

This home was perfect for our family of 8. The decor was beautiful. We really appreciated (and used) the beach and snorkeling “toys” as well as the beach towels. The kitchen was gorgeous and well-supplied. Access to the Mauna Lani beach was perfect for all of us to enjoy.

What an amazing house and neighborhood. The house had ever amenity you could thing of (including recreation material). Very well stocked. We were able to enjoy family meals inside and out. Neighborhood was quiet and close to the recreation center and beach access. We enjoyed walks to the beach in the morning, as well as biking to the store. The property manager was in communication, although we did not need to access them. Highly, highly recommend this house. The two owner suites were perfect. We were very happy with our stay.

This home is beautiful and has everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked. Lots of board games if the weather gets bad. All the outdoor gear you could want (coolers, bikes, snorkeling gear, chairs, etc). The property is in a great location away from all the hustle and bustle of town. Private beach access, gym, and pool. Everything you need is close by. It’s also in a great location to check out some beaches that aren’t as crowded as the ones closer to Kona. I highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay - 2 families with 5 kids ages 1-8. The house is well equipped to handle meals and sleeping accomodations.master bedrooms are very large. The lanai is perfect for every meal and downtime relaxing with lush surroundings. The pool was a short walk, ocean and groceries a short drive. The private beach was great and beach 49 was well worth the $20/car to park and play for a morning. We were in Hawaii during several days of high surf, wind and/or rain so even with not "perfect" Hawaii conditions - we had a great time exploring and were so happy to call this rental "home" for the week. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a great stay in Hawaii. House had a great layout for our party of 8. Plenty of bathrooms/showers (4 toilets, 3 showers and 2 huge tubs) for everyone. The house is equipped with everything you could think of and so much more! They really put a lot of thought into this vacation property. The owners are EXTREMELY thorough on check in and out process, how to use all amenities provided, which local beaches and restaurants to check out. My entire family was pleased with our stay and raved about the property through our entire trip. We would love to stay here again next time we visit the Big Island. This home was well stocked for all of our activities: cooking, biking, snorkeling, wave riding, cooking and grilling. The kitchen was especially well stock with woth everything needed for 10 guests. Located a five minute walk to the pool and and a 10 minute drive to two beaches, both an easy ride on the two nice bikes the host provided. Also, only 5 minutes from a grocery store. Plenty of room inside and outside on the patio. Absolutely perfect for our stay. Highly recommended.

This house worked great for our family (two little ones, five adults). Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and the kitchen allowed us to prepare all our meals as desired. The house was extremely well stocked with kitchen needs, outdoor activities, and even baby gear. The outdoor supply was very beneficial to reduce what we had to bring and allow us to do everything in comfort.

We leave in Hilo and drove to Waikaloa for the Labor Day Weekend. Check in was easy and home was very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. The lanai was our favorite place to gather with a large table and BBQ grill.. Mahalo for sharing your home. Only wished check out was at 11:00 am instead of 10. We had to rush breakfast to leave on time. Again Mahalo for a great time.
