Exceptional

Amazing apartment to stay for a long time as well. It was super clean and even though there is a huge construction site in front of the balkony you could only hear it a little bit. Nice kitchen and all as well

No sitting on the balcony since there were many people working on the construction site during the day. After three days staying you have to pay extra every day for electricity. We only knew about this once we were already in the apartment and we were told it might be around 2 dollars per day. In the end it was unfortunately a lot more than that, but still all okay! We use electricity, we pay for it.

wifi never worked properly and the outlet for the tv was loose and would disconnect with the slightest touch.

Relax!!! Good accommodation !!!

Very clean, close to beach and bars. the Residence is quiet, massimiliano was kind and friendly. good wifi. surely I will return to Massimiliano's house.

Not good for working remotely due to noise.

It was a spacious room and the parking lot for the car was safe, there is a security guard at al times present and the room has a waterstation. The self checkin went smoothly the owners are very responsive on whatsapp.

They are constructing a hotel right next to it so it is very noisy during the whole day. Its a bit far from the restaurants unless you go by car you would need to walk 20 mins to half an hour or more to the good restaurants.

very close to everything, beach , restaurants , supermarket..walk you can reach everything. the wifi worked well . max was very good host !!

it’s true there is a construction near the residence, but it didn’t complain me . it not depends on the host . the residence is quite and peaceful .

+ Nicely decorated apartment, very good first impression, fully equipped, + Big enough for two people, a high ceiling gives a feeling of spaciousness, + Netflix available, + Very good communication with owner (manager?).

- Construction work in a close distance to a terrace generates noises during a day (out of owner's control but influenced my comfort during a rainy time), - A view from a terrace is not the best for the same reason, - There is a beautiful stone shower, but using it was a nightmare for me, I hated every minute of it. Shower handle was missing, so I had to keep it in hand, up all the time. A water pressure was very week, its temperature low (I had a feeling these parameters got better the last day, after I informed the owner). The worst thing of all was a smell of water, it was very similar to the one in the toilet. According to the manager's opinion it was caused by heavy rains in the area but, to be honest, I was traveling around much smaller village Las Galleras in the same weather conditions and everything was fine there. Sorry to say that due to this point, I was happy leaving this beautiful apartment. (I have to inform that due to this inconvenience I wasn't charged for electricity by the owner).

1. View from terrace on construction site - loudly during the day 2. 18 USD additional costs for electricity - 4 days using AC 3. 25 USD additional cost for cleaning after leave 4. Pictures on booking.com very optimistic - pool small

Great option

Well located, close to the beach and the center of the downtown. Staff is very nice and resourceful… apartment is clean with good natural light. The pillows were not comfortable, I contacted the staff and they solved the problem next day. Flexible in check out.

Superb

The apartment was really nice, clean, well decorated and furnished. Good location, even though it might look like "in the middle of nowhere", just a few minutes walk from the beaches and the restaurant area etc. Super value for the price.

There is loud construction happening during the day just in front of the property, but as you dont stay in the apartment during the day, it doesnt matter that much. During the evening and nights its super quiet. You have to schedule a check-in a check-out time in advance via text messages, but everything went smooth with that.
