About this condo rental
Same great condo, new owners. This two bedroom condo is located on the ocean and provides ocean views from every room. The condo has an open floor plan, perfect for your family. We welcome your family to enjoy our beautiful island. We follow the CDC’s guidelines for cleaning and provide Clorox wipes to provide a clean environment for you and your family. We provide towels, beach towels, laundry detergent, dish washer tabs and beach toys for your stay. All you need to bring is your bathing suit and food!

Condo is updated and great. All that is need for a stay is available. Pots, pans, baking supplies (kitchenaid Stand mixer, wow!). Beds comfortable, bathrooms big and nice. View from every window and restaurants walking distance. Hear the waves from balcony. Will stay again. Everyone enjoyed the condo and the area.

Spotless, classy, great view from 204. Very nice on-the-beach location. Managment and pre-information was very precise and helpful.

I took my sister, girl friend, and father on a long weekend getaway. And the say it was amazing was an understatement, the host was awesome, so responsive, respectful, and the condo was so clean and welcoming.
Would 10/10 recommend coming back.

We enjoyed being close to a couple of restaurants. Only possible negative was noise and smell from the restaurant, while sitting on the balcony at times, it was not constant so really was not a problem for us, it was easy to overlook because of the convenience and the condo is beautiful inside and the view with the many windows make up for it! A nice improvement would be to add a tv in the 2nd bedroom, it would also help with drowning out the unwanted sounds at night! We enjoyed our time at this condo!

We had a fabulous time. The condo was beautiful. Pictures are exact and great household items to utilize while you stay. Literally walk out your door to the beach. That view!! We will definitely be back to stay here.

We had a great time and the condo was an exceptional place to stay. The views were magnificent and the condo was perfect. The location is super convenient and being able to walk out of the entry and be just a few steps away from the beach was awesome!
Christy was quick to respond to any questions we had and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo is truly taken care of by the owner. The decor and amenities let you know that the owner takes pride in their condo. The view of the ocean was great and the entire condo building was extremely quiet.
Easy to get to restaurants and even historic Fernandina!

Our trip was cut short due to being evacuated because of Hurricane Ian. The condo was absolutely beautiful and the beach was amazing.

The property looks better than the pictures listed it really is beautiful.. we always stay on the gulf side but this was just as nice.. great location.. will definitely come back.. ❤️

The unit was perfect for my husband and me. I love to watch the waves and the sunrises, he likes to walk. Views are beautiful, even with the partial interruption of the adjacent restaurant. The space was good. Appliances are updated. There was a problem with the Keurig coffee maker, which didn't both us--we preferred the drip replacement. There are very few dishes/glassware, most oversized, but lots of flatware. Many storage and other items filled the cabinets. We moved some temporarily to the extra bedroom so that we could get our groceries in for two week stay. King bed was very comfortable. It feels like a secure building. Easy drive to downtown Fernandina, and easy walk to two restaurants. One reserved parking spot too!
