Charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Waterford on the New London border. Home also has a dedicated office space and a second work area in the master bedroom. One mile from Waterford Beach and Ocean Beach (New London), 20 minutes from Mystic, 20 minutes to Mohegan Sun and 30 minutes to Foxwoods, one mile to Eugene O’Neill Theater Center & Harkness Memorial State Park, 15 minutes to Naval Submarine School. Beautiful property with large front and back yards with a brand new outdoor 6 person hot tub! Family friendly area with great seasonal activities and outdoor restaurants with live music. Great getaway anytime of year! Open to vacation and academic year rentals. No Pets Please.

The house was in a nice location with just a short drive (or long walk) to two beaches. the house had everything we needed: well stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, bedrooms with comfy beds, washer/dryer, outdoor deck to relax on or eat dinner, nearby stores etc.

Had a great stay with friends for my birthday!
Highlights: As a plus sized traveler i appreciated the hosts provided bath sheets and not just towls. :) fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking and food related needs. CLEAN hot tub. Not just clean because of chemicals. But actually crystal clear. Great deck to enjoy eating and the beautiful weather. Comfortable beds and inside hang out areas. Close to beaches and easy drive to new haven and mystic. Hosts were friendly.
Only negative was that we didnt realize this house was in a regular neighborhood with neighbors pretty close (nice neighborhood). Thought it was a little more private. Wasnt an issue for our group or trip. But if its important to you.
We really enjoyed the house and we would book again for another trip to CT. Cheers!

Rented Jam House to use as a base of operations and have some family time before out daughter started college. Very relaxing house and a good location to explore the area.

just what we needed!
This property was ideal for our family of 4 during our visit to Eastern Connecticut for a family reunion for the first time in 12 years. The host provided a very thoughtful welcome basket and the house was clean and in good working order. Thanks so much for the hospitality!

Fantastic stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was roomy, very clean and comfortable, and perfect for our family of five. It is in a quiet neighborhood and near Mystic and the Coast Guard Academy. Jada was quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved this property what an amazing house just as in pictures. The host was awesome as well and very responsive if i had questions. Definitely would recommend this house for comfort either season.

The couple of times that we had to contact Jada or Kate they were very quick to respond. We couldn't have asked for better hosts. We have no complaints what so ever & would rent the house again.

We loved our stay at this property! It had ample space for everyone to sleep, eat, drink, and play. The hot tub was a huge attraction for the kids, as well as the incredibly spacious backyard where they could run around and tire themselves out. What I appreciated most was the clear communication with the property manager regarding a slight issue that barely registered for us. The location is fantastic for easy access to the beach and other attractions. We plan to make our trip to this property a yearly event for our family!

Great Space for 2 Families to Enjoy Time Together

We were in town for USCGA graduation and was a great place to come back to after all the activities, clean, quiet, no traffic. The property has everything you need and more. Lots of space for families to gather upstairs but adult kids can have their own space downstairs. Small alcove office was awesome for students still taking online classes for privacy. We would recommend this home to others.

Delightful getaway!
A beautiful home, comfortable with lots of space. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the big backyard and fire pit. We even spotted deer at the edge of the property several times! It was a great place for us—our family group was six adults, and there was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy some quiet time, as well as places to be all together.
The place was clean and well stocked, the host was very nice, and responded right away.
It’s only a few minutes away from the ocean and a delightful local beach. We had a great time and would recommend it wholeheartedly! We would definitely do it again.
