The estate is situated on a 1-acre private lot in the North Scottsdale area, strategically located so our guests can enjoy some of the most magnificent and spectacular views the desert offers. Property Highlights: Our desert oasis has something for everyone. Watch movies on the 70-inch television with Sonos Surround Sound in the theater room with a wet bar or challenge each other to billiards, shuffleboard, or a game of cards. Splash in the swimming pool, relax in the spa, practice your putt on the green, or shoot baskets and enjoy pickleball on the full-sized sport court. There are plenty of quiet spaces to take a moment of solitude to read or get lost in the glorious desert views and sunsets. Indoor Luxury: Masterful design and modern luxury are uniquely combined in this spacious home featuring a gourmet chef’s kitchen with Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, Wolf gas range boasting six burners and a griddle, Electrolux microwave and oven combo, and wine fridge. The cozy open kitchen and dining space has seats for 18 people, there is a pool table, and televisions in each of the multiple living spaces and bedrooms. Beautifully appointed with tasteful furnishings, 12 ft ceilings, and other luxury upgrades, the house sleeps 23 people with 9 bedrooms and 5.5 baths across four separate sleeping areas, including a casita for two and separate in-law suite that sleeps five, perfect for multiple family use. The lovely master suite opens onto the back patio/pool area. It features a Bed Boss mattress, tray ceilings, huge windows with mechanical blinds and views of the desert, and an opulent bathroom featuring two vanities, a walk-in shower with steam feature, a separate whirlpool tub, and walk-in closet with built-in chests and shelving. Various unique and well-maintained outdoor living and entertainment areas exist to accommodate small, intimate, and personal times and larger and more festive functions. The spacious covered patio area hosts a cozy seating area to enjoy your morning coffee or late afternoon cocktails and conversation. Barbecue on the outdoor gas grill, complete with sink and prep counter, and eat al fresco in the dining areas, surrounded by deep, comfortable chairs that invite you to relax and enjoy the views. The fully furnished patio wraps around a luxurious pool and separate spa with an infinity edge and waterfalls cascading to create peaceful sounds of rippling water against the tranquil quiet of the Arizona desert. TRANSACTION PRIVILEGE AND USE TAX LICENSE: 21328747 City Of Scottsdale License: 2023933 Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents. Per city ordinance, we have noise-aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction.

My three-generation family rents a large home every-other year for the holidays. This home ranks right up there with our favorites. The hot tub is everything! Plenty of space to spread out, pickleball court got a lot of use and we really enjoyed the view from the backyard. On-site manager was very responsive prior to arrival and during stay which was appreciated.

Lovely home, well appointed, very clean, and a wonderful gathering spot for our girlfriend weekend.
Many seating/gathering/eating/card playing areas, great pool, patio, and sleeping arrangements. Nice linens and bath/pool towels.
Recommendations would be for a kitchen sponge, more than 1 dish towel. That’s it, the rest was pretty perfect! We hope to return for another gf retreat. Thank you!

I hope there’s enough room here to say all the good things about this stay! I was looking for the perfect house for my extended birthday weekend with friends and family flying in from out of town. This home is GORGEOUS! The photos do not do it justice. So much space. We spent a TON of time in the pool, what’s not mentioned is the pool has a Baja shelf (is that what it’s called?) and levels of steps in the pool so you can chill in the pool sitting down easily!! The fans were a little tricky to figure out and thankfully the property manager was so easy to get in touch with. Billie Marie you are an absolute doll! Thank you for the lovely welcome basket filled with yummy treats (what a nice surprise). If you’re reading this and you’re looking for a house large enough so everyone isn’t stepping all over each other and you want a house with a kickass backyard (pickle ball court, basketball, golf, and more) then you’re gonna love this home. Will definitely be booking again. Family who was with me said this would be the perfect home to rent for a big holiday get together so we may do that next. Thank you again to all the people behind the scene of the management team, you helped make our stay wonderful and I can’t say ‘thank you’ enough.

We had our extended family of 12 for our annual vacation at Desert View Estates. The property was exactly as described and in a great location. The pickleball and basketball courts were a huge hit. The pool and outdoor space was great. Stores and all kinds of entertainment options are nearby. We had a great time.

Rooms are well spaced out. Plenty of room for everyone to be together; yet, if one wanted their own space, one could find such a space. Beds were comfy. Plenty of pool towels and linens. We celebrated with extended family ages 1-80! Pickleball/basketball court, heated pool, shuffle board and putting green were big hits. We loved the rooftop deck to view the surrounding mountains and watch sunrises and sunsets. Plenty of room for our group of 19. Host was responsive and helpful. Would stay here again.

This was a great place for me and my ~16 friends from around the country to meet up for a joint birthday celebration on short notice! The house was lovely and the pickleball court was a big hit.
One thing to note is that the fire pit in the pictures is no longer at the house. There was plenty to do regardless, and we would definitely stay again!

We had a group of 15 guys in from Wisconsin to enjoy a week of golf and stayed in this beautiful home. The bedroom accommodations worked great and the kitchen and dining areas were ideal as we spent most nights in the house. The pool area was perfect...both pool and spa were heated and enjoyed by our guys after golf. Although the house is off the beaten path, shopping and restaurants were within five minutes and several golf courses were within ten miles. I recommend this home for a large golf or family gathering. The property management team was quick to respond to any concerns and questions we had during our stay.

A great space for an extended family. We came from three different states all to attend a family wedding. A big entrance and driveway as well which I really liked. A great open space when you all want to be together and yet it felt like seperate wings for everyone to retire to when they wanted sleep or their own peace. That was great. Outside area was also awesome. WE paid for pool heat which was a must. One irritating item was that the outdoor fireplace the propane tank was EMPTY!! In my book this should NEVER EVER Happen. This should be on a list to check every single time it gets cleaned out. Plus a spare full tank. We asked if someone could come and help. I did get an answer quickly, but they said they could not come until tomorrow. That did not help for when we really needed it, but worse of all they never showed up the next day at all.
Overall we had a spectacular time and it is a beautiful home.

Had a very nice stay with a group of managers in my business. Great pool and spa and sport court. Plenty of room for 17 of us to meet and relax. Nice theatre room for our presentations and movie watching. The only complaint was the internet was unavailable for a day and took too long to reconnect.

Microwave that was too complicated. Remotes with most likely dead batteries and the remote to TV ratio was about 3 to 1. Don't know where they belong half the time. Invest a label.maker, basic cable and less complicated microwave.

Not sure why the heat turned off. Not sure why I didn't get calls vs having to email and text. Had a young lad.come out to look at the micro, even he couldn't figure it out.

AZ Golf Trip
Had a great group stay with 8 friends on a golf trip. Property was as pictured and we had an awesome time hanging by the pool, cooking out and shooting hoops when we weren’t at the golf course. Pool and hot tub were great. Plenty of space and each bedroom was very comfortable. Property is located near anything you’d need within a short drive. Would highly recommend and stay again!
