THIS IS A 2nd FLOOR UNIT. IT HAS OCEAN VIEWS BUT IS NOT OCEANFRONT. IT IS 1 of 4 IN THE BUILDING. Stay with us at this ocean view apartment in a PHENOMENAL location in Jax Beach. Walking distance to downtown Jax beach and a short drive to Neptune Beach town center. Both areas have amazing restaurants, cafes, shopping and plenty of night life. The apt is fully renovated and has everything you need to enjoy the salt life. It has its own deck space but shares a back porch area with other units. This property is literally on the beach. It has multiple views from the property. If you are looking for a place close to the beach with amazing views, you cannot find a better place. This residence is part of a 4 unit building. All 4 residences are owned by us and are vacation rentals. You will have your own private entrance and the residence is on the top (2nd) floor with amazing expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean. Street parking in the area is available but there is a public parking lot beside the building. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Both bedrooms have their own tv. Fully stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer in unit. High speed wifi (1GB) with Netflix, Amazon Prime. We love pets! $30/pet/day for the stay! We are available by airbnb messenger, phone, text to assist with anything needed during your stay. We love hosting and look forward to making your stay as comfortable as possible. The property is located a block from the beach and within walking distance to local restaurants and the famous Jacksonville Beach pier. We love this area of Jacksonville Beach due to its proximity to the beach and proximity to restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc. Download the BeachBuggy App from Google Play or the Apple App Store - free rides all over Jax Bch! Personal car, bike, walk. Uber and Lyft also operate in the area.

We had a great long weekend over July 4th. The unit was super clean, beautifully decorated, and within walking distance of everything in Jax Beach and Neptune Beach.

Wonderful!
I was very pleasantly surprised with how great this condo is. It was clean, spacious and with very nice decor. Parking was great and right outside. The condo had a deck to sit on with views of the beach which was just steps away! I didn't want to leave and will look to stay again if I have to make another trip to Jax Beach.

Great location right on the beach. That is where we spent our time. We met a lot of nice people including the BirdMan - a retired Navy vet who loves to feed the birds 4 times daily. Property was clean and as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great experience!!! The listing for this property is very accurate and the hosts thoughtfulness with small details was so appreciated. My husband and I visited with our adult daughter. We all slept well, mattresses were perfect. While the child friendly features weren't needed by us, I could certainly appreciate the pack and play, bunk beds that would sleep three easily, table, chair and tv in the kids room, as well as an abundance of child friendly utensils in the kitchen. Location was great, a 50 yard walk(?) to the beach. It was fun to watch the surfers next to the pier a short stroll away. The unit does not look straight out to the beach, but if you are sitting in bed in the morning you can look out the window of the master bedroom and see the sunrise. A very small public parking lot is right next to the unit. This was never an issue, always a positive while we were there in November.

It is in a Bright Blue Pretty 4 Plex . The unit is fully equipped , very modern and clean and bright and updated. Jered & Carly the Hosts and owners were great and communicating with them through this App was easy and they got back to us right away. Jacksonville Beach is a wide , white , soft sand beach very pretty. I had 3 days of testing at Mayo Clinic and it was about a 15 min drive away. Be careful as grassy areas near by have little pointy very sharp round spurs or burrs that stick to your clothes very easily if you walk on them or if you have any pets . You need a small comb to get them off you. We enjoyed staying at this condo . Thanks Guys... :)

They have bunk beds for the kiddo's. They will love it, right on the beach, oceanfront for sure, staying on the top floor.

Jax Beach Gem!
This place is FABULOUS!!!! We were in town for a collegiate golf tournament that my son was playing in at TPC Sawgrass. We didn't want to go the hotel route and found this gem - and we are so happy that we did! The place has a fabulous view of the beach (which we took full advantage of from the deck for morning coffee and evening wine downs)! The location was a 10 minute drive from TPC in the morning and maybe 20 minutes in traffic :) Lots of fabulous restaurants are close by with probably more things to do, we just didn't have the time to explore! There is also ample parking!!! The property owners were quick to respond with information and the welcome basket with snacks was a great touch!!! We will definitely be back and not necessarily for another golf tournament! We LOVED this place!

Excellent Vacation
This property is right on the beach. Beautiful views of the ocean from the deck or even the couch. Clean, well maintained unit. Highly recommend and hope to visit/ stay here again.
